Chapter :-28 Teaching Freya about [Force]

"Master!!!!...."

The first thing Kiyohime did after waking up was to look for her master, her master had been conducting a ritual to awaken his sleeping sibling but after he told his name to the white-haired lady with green eyes.

She suddenly attacked him in anger and send him crashing into the wall behind him. Seeing the situation going west, she immediately rushed towards her master.

But before she could even travel half the distance between them, a strong force similar to that of her master appeared near her neck and jerked her head side-ways, snapping her neck.

Darkness filled her vision while she lost consciousness.

Kiyohime immediately looked around and saw her master standing near her while the white-haired lady stood beside him.

ᒥ....This woman is supposed to be master's elder sister. It looks like things have calmed down but I should be on guard....ᒧ

Kiyohime stood up from the ground and carefully approached her master while keeping her eyes on the green-eyed lady. Seeing such a reaction, Freya let out a small smile before walking towards the shelves which were packed with books.

"It's okay Kiyohime, sister will not attack me..."

"You can calm down..."

Kiyohime listened master speak and visibly eased up a little but was still on guard around her. Henrik just shook his head and walked towards Freya.

"Sister, from my memories you already know about [Force] and most of my spells. I will first help you connect with it, I believe that our bloodline is the key to using it."

"After analyzing the information your memories provided, I indeed think that to be the case. Let's start with the basics of [Force]."

"According to your memories, it is a form of energy that exists in the very fabric of existence and governs the universe as a whole. You can help me connect with it by using your bond with it as the medium."

"Yes..."

Henrik stretched out his palm and gestured Freya to hold his palm. A strange force emitted out of his body.

"Close your eyes sister and try to concentrate on the smooth feeling of [Force] coursing through your body."

Freya held her brother's palm and closed her eyes, trying to focus as her brother asked her to. A strange flow of energy started entering her body through Henrik's palm. It traveled to every spot within her body and started entering her heart.

Throughout the human body are countless pores called Aura Nodes from which aura flows. It is absolutely necessary that these nodes be activated and opened to allow the flow of aura and awaken [Force].

This can be accomplished in 2 methods. The first method uses meditation to thoroughly mature one's [Force] and is the slower of the two methods. The second method is dependent on the talent of the initiant.

This method requires another [Force], user, to use their [Force] to force open the aura nodes of the initiant.

Henrik used the second method to activate the hidden power within his Sister's bloodline. An enormous amount of [Force] burst out of Freya's bloodline which suddenly became active when Henrik's energy entered her heart. A white vapor surrounded Freya's body as the floor beneath her cracked creating spider-webs throughout the floor.

Henrik let go of her sister's palm and asked with a smile.

"So how does it feels?"

"It feels like a thousand stars had exploded inside, this power is limitless and addictive. Now I understand why you like to use this power more often than using [Witchcraft]."

"Unlike me sister, your body is weak and you have a limited life-span. By using [Force] your body will become stronger, faster, healthier, and better. I have already linked with my life-force using aunt's [Semi-immortality], using the purple pendant as a medium."

"You may possess an indestructible body and eternal lifespan, but it doesn't increase your physical prowess so using [Force] would help you in the long run."

"The Four Fundamentals, or the Four exercises, namely [Ten], [Zetsu], [Ren], and [Hatsu], are the most basic elements in using [Force] and the first step of [Force] training is to learn them."

"The first one I am going to teach you is [Ten]. In this technique, a [Force] user contains his aura by enfolding their body with it. All human beings possess aura, but unbeknownst to most of them, it slowly leaks away. Making aura stay around the body is called [Ten]. This is the most basic technique that only a [Force] user can use."

"Thanks to it, the body will be strengthened and the aging process can also be slowed down. It is best to adopt a natural posture when practicing [Ten]."

"Next comes [Zetsu], it stops the flow of aura from the body completely. It is a technique whereby a [Force] user suppresses the white vapor formed by using [Ten] surrounding them and suspends the small natural leakage of aura from their body."

"[Zetsu] closes all of the aura nodes so that vapor is fully contained within the body, therefore it can help the user to conceal their presence or recover from fatigue. If [Zetsu] is executed properly the user will be hard to detect."

"Thus it is very suitable for clandestine actions. However, [Zetsu] must be used carefully because it leaves the user's body defenseless against the enemy's attack. In [Zetsu] state, it is very dangerous to even take a weak attack."

"Then [Ren], it involves training with and improves the aura formed by using [Ten]. In this technique, the [Force] user expands their aura nodes and generates more aura than normal while keeping it from flowing away.

"If practiced properly, [Ren] will allow the [Force] user to produce and use unusual amounts of aura. It can be compared to a basic physical exercise, which means it is essential for anyone who wants to become strong."

"And lastly [Hatsu], it is the technique of freely releasing the aura cultivated by [Ren] and is the last one of the four fundamental [Force] techniques. It is truly both broad and deep. Practicing [Ten] and [Ren] earnestly can help a [Force] user learn [Hatsu], which is very difficult, quickly."

"The white vapor formed when using [Ten] can only be seen by another [Force] user or someone will special eyes who is able to see the manifestation of [Force]."

"All of this is exclusive to the [Esther bloodline], meaning only the [Mikaelson clan] can use [Force] and freely manipulate the aura inside our body along with the energy present in the world. This is what it means by [Force] being in the very fabric of existence."

"It should take you 2-3 months to master using these techniques, then I can start teaching you advance techniques like [Force:-Lightning] and [Psychometry]."

"But first, let's eat, I am famished..."
