4 Fallen Kilin Empire
The Beast Mountain was a mountain range with the dense forest surrounding it. The Beast mountain is a treasure in its self. The forest were full of beasts that could be tamed, plants useful for alchemy and cultivation and metals and other minerals that were useful in forging.
Beasts were animals that had started cultivating. Beasts have the same cultivation realms as humans but they are a bit stronger than the humans on the same realms. It is because the beasts take a long time to breakthrough due to bloodline and the accumulated qi causes them to have more qi than humans in the same realm.

The chubby woman's name was Qin Yue'er. She was in the Qi Foundation Realm, intermediate(7).

As the Fallen Kilin Empire was a Low-Grade 1 Empire, its resources were not less.
In the Fallen Kilin Empire, there were 5 main families including the royal family. They were the Qin Family(South), Jiang Family(North), Luo Family(East), Feng Family(West), and the Royal Family(Center).
The Qin Family was the 2nd ranked after the royal family. Then the Luo Family, Jiang Family, and finally Feng Family.
Although it looks peaceful from the outside, there is a war between the families.
The Royal Family and the Luo Family were in a good relationship, so they try to remove the Qin Family.
The Royal Family has descended from Kilin, thus the empire's name. The Qin Family has descended from Vermillion Bird. Feng Family from White Tiger, Jiang Family from Black Tortoise, and Luo Family from Azure Dragon.
In the Qin Family, Qin Yue'er has the thickest vermillion bird bloodline but it has not been awakened. That's the reason why she is so weak.
