6 Chapter 6: His Majesty's order

After a few hours….

It was evening time….

Inside a normal house, a boy was sleeping peacefully. But, he slowly opened his eyes as he awaked from his deep slumber and looked here and there hazily.

[Had a good sleep?] Sarah asked the boy who was none other than Ryan.

"Well, it was a good one. Oh shit! I forgot to introduce you and see your true form myself. Fuck! I must introduce you now." Saying this, Ryan quickly got up from his bed and sprinted towards the main room where the rest of the family was sitting.

Just as they saw him, Tony asked

"Why don't you introduce to your partner(Mech) to us?"

Ryan nodded and the next second, a white light covered his entire body followed by a yellow one and an orange one. Then again it changed to white then yellow then orange. This cycle continued a few times which lasted for about ten seconds and a green light covered his body.

Then a figure of a lady who is in her early 20s appeared beside Ryan. She opened her eyes and the clear blue eyes looked at everyone curiously and turned and looked at Ryan too while a beautiful smile hung on her face.

Everyone was surprised to see this beauty including Ryan but, they quickly understood that this was his Mech and it had a powerful bloodline to be able to come directly in human form for the first time.

Normally, a Mech would be in its Mech form on his/her first appearance. Only high bloodline having Mechs come in human forms directly(Ultra and Legendary).

Sarah was the first one to introduce herself to everyone which was followed by Ryan giving a summary of the talks(bloodline, etc but not about Privilege) between them. Sarah too didn't mind Ryan talking about such things as his family can know it.

After the brief by Ryan, everyone in the room introduced themselves one by one. First, was Tony followed by Misty and then Alice. Stephen and Mary also introduced themselves but didn't indulge in anything more than just name-telling.

After the introduction was over, they started talking about normal things happening in everyday life while Sarah along with Stephen and Mary left the house saying that they were going on a stroll.

No one minded their 'strolling' as it was pretty normal for Mechs who had a good relationship to spend their time with their kins.

"Ryan, you must register yourself in the Mech Association (MA). Everyone who has a Mech must be registered there to participate in missions and get rewards along with many other benefits as per your level of power in the association. I too am a member of it and your Mom is also a member." Tony said while he took a silver card that had a badging of "Mech Association" along with his name, Mech name, etc and Misty too has the same one.

"Dad, where do I register then?"

"The office is near here. It's just a ten-minute walk and as for why didn't you know about it till now, only Mech owners can know about it. Just go there after Sarah comes back or you can go tomorrow."

"Hmmm okay! I will go there tomorrow." Ryan nodded and he indulged himself in other talks with his family. They were spending their quality time there.

They talked for an hour or so. After that, Ryan went to buy some necessary food items for his home while his Dad went back to work as his boss called him urgently. His Mom and Sister were preparing food for dinner.

In a park near Ryan's house….

A man and two women were walking to a secluded area in that park. More appropriately, they were Mechs and not ordinary humans.

After they reached a secluded area, one of the females took out a silver-colored cube and threw it into the ground. The next second, the surrounding area was covered by a silver barrier that stopped sound from going out or seeing them. Not even Mechs can see through this barrier and would believe no one was there and there was no barrier.

The woman who took the silver cube was Sarah while the other female was undoubtedly Mary and the male was Stephen.

It was evident that what was going to happen inside that silver-colored barrier dome is a thing that shouldn't be known to the outside world or at least not now.

As soon as the silver dome was established, Sarah turned towards Stephen and Mary and told slowly

"I didn't expect you two to meet here. Now I think it was indeed fate to be the partner of Ryan and also to meet you."

Stephen and Mary quickly bowed down their head and said in unison

"We welcome Your Highness here."

"I lost count of how many times did I tell you to not called me 'highness.' Just call me Sarah. I don't like such royal titles."

"But, Your Highness, it would be impolite for us to call you by name," Mary said which was agreed by Stephen.

"*Sigh* Then, take this as my order or decree or whatever you call it. From now onwards, only call me by my name and not by any royal titles." Sarah said seriously.

Even though both Stephen and Mary were reluctant, they still agreed as it was Sarah's 'royal order.'

"I still wonder why you two are here. You were supposed to be in XXXXX. Did Father send you here?"

"Yes, Sarah. His Majesty sent us here. We don't know the reason or we don't dare to ask him. All I know is that he told us to be here and we did. I think His Majesty already thought that you would come here and so he sent us here as guards if we were to meet ever." Stephen replied.

Sarah nodded her head in understanding as she too thought the same about her Father.

'I can never understand my Father. Anyway, it's not like I can change his decisions.' Sarah thought.
