"Can he really kill it?" Carlos asked as pain was starting to show in his body. Nova was also feeling pain. She looked down at her side, there was blood there from the hit she took. She could feel that her wound was starting to close, but she still held a hand to it for a moment to help stem the flow of blood. At least she knew it was hard for her to die of blood loss.

"As long as more don't join, yes. Yes I think he can." Nova said, she just had this belief in Draven. She had to. It felt wrong to not believe in his ability. That he could do this. It was what he was put here for. Nova could not doubt her mate or they were never going to make it. She did dearly hope that no drones showed, she had a feeling that they wouldn't. Since they had been driving fast, she doubted that the physical bodies that her infected could move that fast. It seemed like they could handle damage, but she hadn't seen them moving at inhuman speeds.
