182 A Real Moment

Nova was standing at the edge of a bluff, the walking trail behind her led up to a house that was small. She had come out here and just wanted to stare at the sunset and the water. She was wearing a comfy pair of jeans and a black t-shirt. It was strange to just wear rather normal clothes. She felt like an average woman, she felt relaxed for once in her life and not a robot. Nova didn't even realize how badly she truly had been dying a slow death inside. She really was happy that she did not become the elite. That even with the forced start with Draven she was much happier.

For once she could finally smile and feel it. Feel it deeper down where it mattered. Nova closed her eyes and just breathed in the ocean air. It was clean here, the sun felt amazing on her skin. She just stood there listening to the sounds around her. Thinking about what needed to be done, but at the same time soaking up the natural world. It affected her rather greatly.
