I sat on the couch talking with Fred as Oliver went upstairs to talk to his mate. I'm sure he's gonna have fun annoying her up there.

Her father had told me that she will be going with us today. It's odd but their pack has a rule and that is as soon as you find your mate you have to go with him either to his house if he is in the same pack or to your mate's pack, a girl can't say no. And if she or he has to reject his mate then they have to do it right away, no time to think about it.

"We will be going now. It's getting late." We said our farewell as all three of us with other wolves left for going back.

It was awkward. Truly awkward and bad. Why?

I was forced to sit between Oliver and Sophia. Both of them didn't talk to each other. The air was as thick as butter and the tension so sharp that you could nearly cut it.

I was relieved when we reached the pack. I almost run to my home and when I got there I saw Ella reading a book. From where she got that book?

She didn't know that I was there so I walked behind her.

I got startled by the voice of 'boooo'. I looked behind me to see Xavier who smiled at me.

"You got scared?" he asked evilly.

"In your dreams Mister." I shot back as I stood up.

"Well, what will I get now?" He asked as I looked at him puzzled.

"What do you mean?"

"I kept my promise, I came running here for you, firecracker." He walked near me, now standing in front of me just some centimeters away.

'Can stop your dirty mouth for once.' I scolded her and then gulped when I looked at Xavier who was still looking at me.

"I should get something good, you know I didn't meet anyone or like every time went to my office. I came to meet you because I miss you. You can give something good." I could feel his hot breath on my face.

"S-something good?" I moved a little away from him but he, of course, like some book or movie scene came nearer. "Hmm, food? I can make cookies or pasta?" I looked at him and he gave me an irritated look.

"It ain't no good, how about a kiss? Not much." He smirks as he moved his face a little more near making it hard for me to breathe because of seeing him this near. My body was becoming all jelly-like. What hell? What is happening to me?

"A-a kiss?" I stutter like an idiot which made him smile but he nodded. "Ok then." I kissed him just a centimeter away from his lip and moved away before I would lose my mind.

"There you got your gift." I smiled at him.

"Mmm." He had a sad face but then he looked at me with his eyes sparkling. "It's more than I except, don't worry I will slowly get more and more." He smiled like a child who has gotten a lot of candies.

"From where did you get that book?" He asked he picked up the book. Oh shit! I forgot to hide that. Xavier doesn't know that I have found the library that was hidden.

"I-uh..." I want to lie but I couldn't. Seeing his eyes which were piercing a hole in my face, I don't know what to say. My mind was blank.

"Fromthelibraryhiddenbehindtheshelf," I said fastly but he understood it, only he knows how.

"Why would you go in there. Didn't I told you to not touch the shelf?" He asked a little angry.

"I...was bored," I said looking down. Xavier walked out of the house without a word as I sat on the sofa with a sad face. Why, when I was feeling good all this happened?

Three hours have passed but there was no sign of Xavier. I sigh sadly, keeping the food for him that Mia brought for us but I didn't feel like eating so after leaving the food for him I went for a walk but then I remembered about Elena, I have to talk with her and that's why I went to her house.

"Oh, lu- I mean Stella what are you doing here?" She asked she let me in.

"Wanna talk to you, missed Eva too." I smiled as I saw Eva running towards me.

"El! I missed you." She hugged my legs tightly. I laughed as I took her in my arms.

"Really? Then why didn't you come to meet me?" I looked at her.

"She said no every time I asked her to take me to you. I'm not letting you go now." She said on which I laughed and Elena told her to lemme sit first.

"So as I think you came here-"

"Sheesh" I put a finger on my lips to stop her from saying anything important.

I looked at the table on which I looked mistakenly but caught a glimpse of something that could have been very bad. I took out the record which was stick there and showed it to Elena who looked shocked.

I smiled as a thought crossed my mind. I put the recorder near my mouth and...shouted, very loud that whoever will be listening to this recording will have an ear problem for sure. Eva and Elena put their hands on their ear as it was very unexpected and they weren't ready for this. After stopping the recording I looked at Eva.

"Why don't you go and make the drawing that you were doing. I would like to see it after its completion." She reluctantly left both of us alone, now I can talk to Elena about what she has found.

"You mean he is trying to find about me? My background and pack?" I asked on which she nodded.

"What about the other file?"

"That file, well it's a little confusing why she would want that but it's all about our enemies, the alpha's family, and their weakness." Elena was good at being a spy because she did collect very interesting things, I don't even know how she found all this but I know what it means.

Xavier is trying to find who I'm, who are my parents and all. Which he will never gonna get, while his mother is trying to make Blue Moon pack enemies her ally so she can fight won't be caught too.

"But the odd thing is he can not find your file, why? He had seen every wolf file in every pack. I'm curious." She said the last part in a daze.

"That would be because I don't have a file," I said as I stood up. "He won't find it ever." A smirk touched my lips when I saw Elena confused.

"Wait that can't be possible, every wolf has a file of their....." She looked at me, "even if they are born as a rogue they have a file." She walked with me looking all confused.

"A dead wolf doesn't have a file, do they?" I asked her, it was just a hint but I know she won't get what I mean.

"No, that's because that particular wolf file is burned at the day he dies. As they think it's no more important to keep it but wait...why did you say that?" She looked at me with a raised brow.

"When the time will come, I will make sure you know why I said this." I winked at her as I looked at Eva who probably had listened my voice and knew I was coming because she came running to me.
