Temporal manipulation
I don't know when I woke up but it must have been much later after my 'death'. I couldn't even figure out how I died, everything was blurry as if my memories no longer belonged to me, all pulled out of my mind by force after my accident. But what pissed me off was that I didn't even remember my mother's name, not even my name.
'* Sigh * am I in hell? In limbo? ' I thought trying to sense anything that could give me a clue of where I am.
But nothing, until a few minutes later, I felt like I was in a fluid, it was, sticky, a bit like gelatin.
I still couldn't open my eyes, even I wasn't sure if I had eyes, the only thing I felt was that now I had some sort of mouth but I couldn't smell my nose. From my 'mouth' I could breathe in this strange liquid which contained what it takes for me to survive, nutrients, well I think.
After what felt like an eternity in this liquid, I felt something brush 'my skin', this thing burst out in contact with what I felt like my body. I had finally managed to feel my limbs. It might have been strange, but I felt like my limbs hadn't been used for a long, long time.
So I continue my life in this sort of tank filled with viscous water. 'Yuck' Just the thought of knowing what I was in didn't make me hungry, although I couldn't eat ...
Time was not counting on me, I felt it was slow but at the same time very fast and at one point something caught my attention ...

I didn't quite understand what was going on. "Reborn system?" I hadn't paid attention but had managed to speak for the first time since what I'll call the longest time of my life. The worst part is that the liquid didn't do anything to me, I could speak out loud without the liquid killing me as it entered my lungs. I didn't understand a thing, it's like this System was linked to my mind, I could see it even without opening my eyes.

And now he reappeared. To be honest I thought I was going crazy standing alone in this slimy thing. 'So a name? and why not Gabriel 'I thought in my head waiting to see if the' System 'would register my name.
Gabriel, I thought that name was pretty cool.

'Cannot be attributed? What? ' I was lost, why couldn't Gabriel be attributed? Seriously...
'Which name ? what a name ... AH! I know 'I screamed in my mind, I focused my gaze on the screen in front of me before I said "Aaron".
I was proud to have found this name, I don't know why but I felt that this name suited me well.

I waited a few minutes before the window in front of me changed, this time showing a loading screen in front of me that lasted for what I thought were HOURS! But I still couldn't wait to see what the 'System' had in store for me. Too bad I didn't have popcorn or a can of soda to wait for the moment.

Finally, the most incredible moment of my whole life even counting the old one, I think this moment was the most anticipated that I have ever lived. "99% and 100% fina-" I didn't have time to finish what I wanted to say until my whole body started to change.
I could feel the heat, all over my body, under my skin, and in my limbs. My whole body heated to an unimaginable temperature.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAH" I screamed in pain, it was unbearable, I felt like millions of ants were crawling under my skin, tearing my muscles and crushing my bones.
'AAAAAAAAH' The kinds of bubbles next to me, touching me from time to time, bursting all over my body one by one, making the pain worse to a whole new level.
A few seconds later, I quickly lost consciousness from the unbearable pain I was feeling.

I regained consciousness in the same slimy thing except for this time there was no bubble, nothing. I didn't feel the pain anymore, or at least it was gone.
'Pfiou' I sighed in my head, this experience was unbearable. I did not want to relive it, only one word could describe it: horrible.
Suddenly a blue light appeared in front of me, I couldn't see anything but I felt that this thing was related to my mind it was amazing. The same thing that put me through all this pain. But this time it was not the request for my name that is indicated, the system had completely changed.

"Wow" I was amazed it sounded like a game but the pain from before was real so it wasn't. Looking at the System Reborn interface, my vision is directly on 'Power / Ability'
"Time manipulation? Can I control time?" There was a [+] next to the time manipulation, I focused on it and the interface changed once again.

Ok, this time I was hyped even though the pain before was unbearable, I only had one desire and that was to get out of this slimy liquid. The only thing I had to do was open my eyes because I knew I had them but they were just too heavy for me to open them.
I tried with all my might to open those damn lids, I felt like two big trucks were on it not wanting me to open them.
But after a while, my eyes gave way.
"I made it" I yelled into the slimy cage my eyes were opening for the first time in I don't know how long and light instantly dazzled me. I saw everything blurry but one thing is for sure, what I saw was not normal.
Suddenly a sound of * pop * echoed in my mind my eyes rested on the menus of the System more particularly on an interface.
