Introduction

'Wake up wake up it's a brand new day' my alarm roared....why the school starts so early. I covered my ears with my pillow and slipped under the duvet but the fate had something else for me. The room's door opened with a loud bang and there came the voice which had took care of me since childhood but was sounding so annoying right now. It's my super cute but annoying big brother. He finally was able to fish me through the duvet and pull me out."Just five minutes, cheese" I pleaded. "No, ivy you are already running late so you better get up or I shall push you off the bed". I got up finally and shooting him a look I made my way to my bathroom. I turned on the taps and filled the bath with cold water. Yes, I love cold baths to wake myself cause if I would take a hot shower I may fall asleep into the bath itself. I quickly dressed into my black hoodie which said, "step into my way and you would be left with a bleeding nose". Nah! unlike this I was not a kind of person who would leave someone with a bleeding nose but would instead bury them six feet down the earth.....just joking, snapping back to reality I wore a ripped blue jeans with it and white sneakers and tied my hair into a high ponytail. I raced down the stairs only to find cheese preparing breakfast. Cheese is just a nick name for Chase Martinez, my bro. As for me I am Ivy Martinez. My father and mother died a long ago in a car accident when I was five and Chase was ten. Since then he has been my whole world and I his only emotional support and reason to smile. The whole kitchen smelled like heaven with the smell of pancakes. Oh, I forgot to mention chase is an awesome cook. I took the seat near counter and started eating the breakfast as he joined me. I watched the time just ten minutes left for my bus to go off. I gave a huge bye - bye hug to Chase and left the home in a hurry. Damnit, Ivy you shouldn't have been such a lazy..now run like a maniac to catch the bus..
