Epilogue

The giant creature's growl echoed in the whole castle.

Lavo looked towards the entrance of the balcony where Evelyn was being led inside by Regan.

"But where are we going?"

"To the border."

Regan only said these words in response to Evelyn's questions.

The answer made Evelyn frown obviously because it was too strange.

The prince kept her away from border always. Even when he went there to check the situation, he didn't take her with him because according to him, the living conditions on border were not good.

He wanted to give her a good and comfortable life which she didn't have before.

Evelyn however also seemed to know that she won't get a suitable answer from her husband.

So she sighed, lifted her dress slightly and then sat on Lavo's back with Regan's help.

It took them five days to reach the border because they rested from time to time in the nearby inn wherever they stopped.

Regan didn't want to exhaust Evelyn.

But Evelyn actually enjoyed it.
