61 Chapter 61: Ka-Chick moments truly last forever!

Both Superman and Laura turned their heads to the side, and saw Papa bear, mama bear, Elena and Peter standing there with Tyler in the back looking guilty.

As for Peter, he had a camera in his hands and he looked very excited.

'This time I have Mama and Papa bears protection, what can you do to me now!' Peter thought as he finally found a way to take improper pictures of Kevin

'Why is Peter always there when you don't want him to be...' Kevin thought.

"How long have you been here..." Superman asked emotionlessly.

"Erm... Not long, we just came here and heard you guys confessing your love to each other and then saw you guys kissing very passionately." Peter said innocently.

Then Peter down on his camera and then up again at Kevin, winking one eye, as if to say "Don't worry bro, I'll keep it a secret that you kissed another girl!"

But Kevin took it another way, he understood it as "I've got mama and papa bears protection and now I have blackmail material on you, if you bully me and don't follow my orders, I'll D E S T R O Y you!"

Kevin had once thought that he didn't have a nemesis like other superheroes, but he just now realised that his nemesis was the most wicked of them all. Spiderman.

"Pete that's genius, get me one of these cameras as well, so I can capture every beautiful moment!" Mama bear said very happily.

Elena just looked at Kevin and Laura as if she had found her new romantic Kdrama.

"KA-CHICK" Another flash went by.

This time it was his mother, taking another picture of Kevin, standing there looking emotionlessly at them, with Laura a step behind at his side, holding the hem of his shirt, looking down with a pink, shy face.

Suddenly Kevin noticed that his mother had a very shocked face as she was looking through some of the pictures on the camera.

Kevin started to get nervous, he did force Spiderman to remove those pictures before...

'Spiderman... wouldn't have a backup... right... no no no, all electric data was destroyed... He couldn't have... unless... he did have a back up, and he printed out the picture as a poster and hung it on his wall like T'challa did, and then took another picture of it with his new camera..." Kevin thought vividly in his nervous state.

He saw his mother suddenly smiling very bright as she looked up towards him, giving him the "I know your secret" look.

But what made Kevin even more nervous was the fact that she looked not only happy about whatever she found on the camera, but even proud.

"Papa Bear, don't you think this is a lovely picture of our son, kissing this lovely young lady?" Mama bear said teasingly as she handed the camera to her husband

Laura felt even more shy as she thought Mama bear was talking about Kevin and her kiss.

Papa bear looked shocked at this, then he gave back the camera to Mama Bear.

"Yes.. very lovely..." He said, but his facial expression said 'Son, you have only yourself to blame for this, I can't help you out here. sigh, what a pity, mama bear is scary when she has green mail!'

Mama bear looked proudly at her son, gave him a thumbs up.

"Son I'm very proud of you, finally becoming a Casanova. But make sure you don't hurt Laura, other than that, I'm very proud!" She said.

There were two other people looking very nervous...

Peter, as he realised that he had pictures of Superman kissing Captain Marvel on his camera.

And Tyler, as he was the person that brought all the family members out of the house. And as he stood behind his parents, he had seen the pictures and knew that he f'd up.

'To be fair... I didn't know Elena and Peter were visiting...' Tyler consoled himself.

"Brother, I was mistaken about you, you're not someone that will stay a single dog for the rest of your life. Sorry about the misunderstanding!" Tyler shouted, as he escaped the crime scene.

"Big Bro Kevin, as a brother, you should always have forgiveness and grace in your heart. Only then can you grow as a person, this also applies for brother-in-law's!" Peter shouted as he also escaped towards the house.

'Truly, the greatest nemesis aren't villains, it's those dressed as heroes that have infiltrated your family...' Kevin realised a fundamental truth.

A few weeks passed by and Superman continued to help those in need, and helped in whatever way he could to restore the planet to what it once was.

Whenever he flew by, people would become filled with happiness and hope.

He had cemented himself as the man of tomorrow.

Superman arrived at the Avengers headquarters, where he found the leading members having a meeting.

"Is there any way I can help? " Superman spoke as he arrived in the meeting room.

"No, there's nothing on your level, it's mostly political." Natasha said, as she knew that Superman didn't involve himself in politics.

"The only worry is that Dr. Doom has disappeared, we suspect he returned to his country but we can't be too sure. He did make it clear that he would only help as long as Ultron was undefeated... and now.." Bruce Didn't finish his words as he knew he had spoken all that needed to be said.

"Let's be ready for whatever he might be planning. Better to be ready than sorry!" Superman said.

He had noticed that the headquarters were mostly empty, it was because most of the avengers were out, helping in whatever way they could.

Superman had noticed that after the age of Ultron, the world was in a calm state. He felt like this was a calm before a storm. But he wasn't worried because the Avengers had really matured as heroes and team members. They would do fine no matter what.

Superman couldn't help but smile as he saw his team members working hard to solve problems.

"Thank you for your hard work." Superman said as he left.

Everyone in the meeting was confused.

"Why did it sound like a goodbye?" Reed couldn't help but to ask.

Superman continued showing his face around the globe as he helped wherever he could for a few months, but he noticed that oftentimes, right after he arrived somewhere, another Avenger also arrived and helped him even though he didn't need it.

Superman looked down on the street where police escorted civilians away, as Hulk, Spiderman, the torch and Firestar held back, an evil, red Hulk. They worked as a team and kept the civilians safe.

Other members arrived and supported them, among them, many of the X-Men had joined the Avengers, as they followed in Firestars footsteps.

This would have normally led to a controversy but the internet hadn't completely been restored to its former state, so information spread slower. Making it easier for the people to adapt to mutants.

Seeing as they were handling the matter perfectly Superman flew home to his apartment.

I had a hard time writing in the last two weeks, sorry about that. the release will continue to be be slightly irregular but hopefully I will release the chapters or more, a week.

Btw, I worte a Fist Of Haki fanfic, but Owrote the first chapters before I started releasing this fanfic. Since then I've learnt many lessons and can see many faults with the chapters I wrote, so I won't release that for now. But I do like the concept and might continue to write!

Nonetheless, I'll finish this first!
