105 Dragons.

Minutes passed and passed; time slew by with its agonising gait.

Su Min's eyes grew bloodshot, and his soul began to reel as he used more and more mental energy.

'N-No!'

His eyes widened as he stammered with fright. How didn't want to lose this energy, he couldn't!

*BANG*

His mind seemed to snap as it followed Su Min's maddened spurt of turmoil. It brought a deafening boom within his ears, a noise that only he could hear.

"Ah!"

A high piercing shriek permeated from all sides as if thunder had just blasted his eardrums. Though, he somehow was able to stop himself from collapsing as he forced his mind to a halt.

'Enough!'

A terrifying will seethed as everything seemed to stop in his head. The intense pain; the disorientating ring, it all just settled. A rare sense of seriousness was shrouding Su Min's gaze as the air chilled around him.

"I can't fuck it up! Right, I'll find a way out of here..."

He dusted his clothes as he shoved himself up with a mumble. He looked around, crackled his fists, and took a step forward. He seemed to have noticed something as he was doing so; thus, a rare smile replaced his placid face.

"It seems to have worked... Heh."

A glint of black shone in his eyes; though, this black was unlike any sort of black a normal cultivator would form.

It was well hidden, and no one could notice it, but this black was tinged in grey...

Though, Su Min couldn't care about the implications of this. The only thought he had was...

'Absorb this energy to recover!'

He will use his measly first step Martial Condensation cultivation to reach his prime!

...

*YAWN*

Elsewhere, and inside a dark area where only the faint icicle could be seen on the ceiling, a thunderous yawn bellowed.

"Is dinner ready?"

Everything shook as a vague silhouette the size of a mountain let out a roar. Its voice blasted the air into perpetual rumbles, and in this scene, one could make out two tubes of steam waft out of the silhouette's nose.

*BANG*

Its body of unknown size and shape thrashed the ground as it lifted itself up. The entire ground rumbled; it rumbled as if a glacier was walking.

*HUFF*

Another set of hot steam blazed out of the figure's nose as it turned its head and gazed at a faraway area. This area was lit with a dim torch, and near this torch sat a smaller, still massive, silhouette bathed in black and orange.

However, because of the torch, one could make out the appearance of black scales that spliced together to form a part of a wing! It was a minute part of the wing, yet even from this it already took the size of a hill!

These were dragons!

"Darling, it's still another 5 years..."

An old feminine voice escaped out of the slumped dragon as she remained unmoved.

*BAAAANGGG*

The towering dragon in the other area grumbled as he collapsed back onto the ground.

"5 years..."

A hint of anger shrouded his voice, causing a thick black aura to shroud him. It was strange because even though it was already dark, this aura was as clear as day.

Minutes passed as silence overtook; this silence was what this area was used to.

But, with a slight turn, the massive dragon gazed up and spoke.

"Darling, why can't I kill that rude man? He woke me up!"

The female dragon ahead stretched a little as she turned her head and looked at the male. She seemed to be a little enamoured, but she shook herself out of it with a sigh.

"Are you saying that you can't stand me? Do you even care about me? All you do is sleep! Sleep, sleep-"

"N-No, darling! I never meant that!"

The male dragon seemed to shiver as he interrupted her with a quivering roar. She quietened down as she continued to stare at him, though it was obvious that she wasn't impressed.

The male dragon paused as he caught her gaze; although it was too dark to see, it was clear that they could see each other.

He thought for a moment as he slammed the floor once more and stood up.

"I'm sorry... I just don't know what to do within this seal, darling."

*THUD*

An incessant slam of footsteps rang as he moved towards her. The female dragon got a little startled, but she soon calmed down as she watched his towering body loom over her.

"You may be too angry to notice, but that boy carries something even I cannot fathom..."

She whispered as she gazed up at him. His pupils seemed to each carry stars and worlds within; a disposition of a true being shrouded him, and an aura that was beyond the world wafted out of them!

His bloodline surpassed anything in this world!

"Darling... Don't give me that look..."

The towering dragon frowned as he leaned over.

"You trapped him in the void that not even a second step cultivator could leave easily. You even tossed one of those old antiques at him! Your petty anger never ceases to amaze me..."

She grumbled a little, but she couldn't help but get lost in the dragon's gaze.

"Mhm... Wait..."

However, her dazed look was soon replaced with uncertainty as she turned her head and gazed up!

"Hm?"

The male dragon paused as he, too, gazed up with a hint of doubt.

Their eyes shined as their vision penetrated the infinite layers of rock and landed in a void. This void was empty and devoid of life, but within this, a single golden-haired man stood with a gloomy expression.

One eye held a luminous gold, the other a bleak black!

He gripped his fists as his golden eye penetrated the void and landed on a thin net that wrapped around it. This net carried a strength that even second step cultivators would find troubling to break

However, instead of giving up, a haze of gold congealed and wrapped itself around his being. His golden eye lit up with a paramount sheen as the entire void trembled.

His gaze seemed to surpass all!

"Its the rude man... He's awake?"

The towering dragon spoke as his eyes narrowed.

"His bloodline..."

Yet, he was speaking, he noticed the golden-haired man pause!

Then, and in a stupefying fashion, the golden-haired man's head turned right towards his gaze!

*SHIING*

A stream of golden light pierced out of the man's pupils and, somehow, entered their cave!

"Hm?"

The towering dragon's expression changed a little as the golden light collided with his magnificent pupils. However, he didn't even move as his eyes remained unchanged.

In the void...

The golden-haired man appeared confused as he looked around. He seemed to have noticed something, but then it disappeared...

"Whatever..."

He murmured as he set his sights back onto the all-encompassing net.
