Li Rong watched Li Yuan dumbly as his cultivation was improving at a rapid pace.

1st stage of Body Tempering Realm.

2nd Stage of Body Tempering Realm.

3rd Stage of Body Tempering Realm.

4th Stage of Body Tempering Realm.

5th Stage of Body Tempering Realm.

After reaching the 5th stage, his cultivation stopped improving. Not only that, but Li Rong also witnessed something astonishing.

Li Yuan's body was expelling impurities from it which definitely increase his cultivation speed.

"The fuck?!" Cried out Li Rong.

Li Yuan stopped cultivation and looked at his Qi cultivation and body strength. He was planning to reach the Peak of Body Tempering Realm in one sweep but his body was extremely weak. It mostly caused by his unhealthy habits during the past years.

He shrugged his shoulders and looked at Li Rong.

"Father, I am going to leave the clan in order to cultivate" said Li Yuan.

Li Rong snapped out of his daze and said " You say what?".

"The clan doesn't have the resources I need and staying here will only slow my cultivation," said Li Yuan.

"The fuck happened to you?! You always refused to cultivate but now, you want to leave the clan to cultivate? Also, how the hell did your cultivation improve to the 5th stage of Body Tempering Realm in just one hour?!" Asked Li Rong.

"Because I experienced enlightenment. I understood the essence of cultivation and felt excited about it. My desire to achieve the peak has been ignited" said Li Yuan. He knew that Li Rong will only be convinced by saying this.

Li Rong stared speechlessly at his son and didn't know how to react. He has already lost hope in him. But now, he experienced enlightenment and his cultivation improved quickly. The good for nothing son has started to like cultivation!

Happiness appeared in his eyes and said " Of course! You do what you want! But, you should prepare well before leaving.". He laughed and went to meet Xiao Yin so he can tell her about the good news.

Li Bain looked at Li Yuan with innocent eyes and said " Big Brother, are you leaving?".

Li Yuan nodded and said " Bain, when I am not here, you should take care of our parents! Do you understand?".

Li Bain nodded which caused Li Yuan to pat his head before heading outside the Li Clan after cleaning himself. He wanted to go to the Alchemist Association in order to make a Muscle Strengthening Elixir, Condensed Qi Pills and Soul Enhancing Pills.

After making a good amount, he will leave cloud city and go to the capital of the empire he lives in now, the Tang Empire.

While walking toward the Alchemist Association, Li Yuan was stopped by a group of boys.

"Look who left the Li Clan! The Good For Nothing Li Yuan!" Said one of the boys.

Li Yuan sighed as this was something he continuously experienced in each reincarnation.

Arrogant Young Masters.

Li Yuan didn't know why he became a magnet for arrogant young masters. It seems like he was the bane for young masters as nearly 99% of the young masters he meets will try to kill him.

The number of the arrogant young masters he killed is 100,000 if not millions. So, he did was he was good at. He took a step and appeared in front of one of the boys. He stapped with his finger at the boy's shoulder which caused him to scream from pain. Li Yuan didn't stop and attacked the boys. A few seconds later, all the boys were lying on the ground while crying from pain.

"This should be a good lesson for them" though Li Yuan. He attacked a special acupuncture point which left them paralyzed on the ground.

Li Yuan quickly reached the Alchemist Association and entered it.

A beautiful female attendant came to him and said " How can I help you?"

"I want to take the Tier 1 Alchemist test" said Li Yifeng. The attendant was surprised and looked at Li Yuan weirdly. She knew who he was as his reputation in Cloud City is unmatched. So, she was sceptical about him and said "Mister, Tier 1 Alchemist Test is no joke and if you failed, you will have to buy the price of the ingredients you wasted".

Li Yuan rolled his eyes as he knew how the Alchemist Association's tests worked because he was the one who built the Alchemist Association!

When he was studying Alchemy, the Alchemists were scattered around the continents and it was hard for him to discuss Alchemy with them. So, he built the Alchemist Association in order to gather alchemists together and discuss alchemy with them.

The Alchemist Association slowly became one of the major forces under him and many branches opened around all continents. At that time, Li Yuan was able to gather the knowledge of thousands of Alchemists and study it which in turn allowed him to achieve the legendary 10th Tier by creating the Rebirth Pill, a Tier 10 Pill.

You can say that Li Yuan is the father of Alchemists in this world.

"Yes, I know the punishment of wasting ingredients. Still, I want to take the test" said Li Yuan.

The Attendant sighed and went to meet the Elder who was responsible for the Tier 1 Tests.

Li Yuan didn't wait for too long as the attendant came back with an Old Man. The Old Man's clothes were tattered and irritation was obvious in his face. He was trying to make a Tier 3 Pill and become a Tier 3 Alchemist. But, the attendant interrupted him because Li Yuan wanted to take the Tier 1 Alchemist Test.

"What is your name?" Asked the Old Man.

"Li Yuan".

"Huh?! The good for nothing Li Yuan from the Li Clan!" Disdain appeared on the Old Man's face and said " Leave! Alchemy is an occupation that requires dedication and willpower. You don't have any of them! So it is a waste of time for me and you to take this test" said the Old Man.

"Calming Heart Pill" said Li Yuan.

"Huh?"

"You were trying to make a Tier 3 Calming Heart Pill. Your clothes reek with the smell of Moonlight Flower, Silver Grass...."

The old man's eyes narrowed as he heard Li Yuan list all the ingredients for the Calming Heart Pill.

"I spent most of my time studying alchemy" said Li Yuan while yawning.

"Knowledge is something and applying it is another thing" said the old man. He know-how to make the Calming Heart Pill but he always fails because there are many variables that he should be careful of like firs temperature, the cauldron durability and how the ingredients react with each other.

"That why I want to take the Tier 1 Alchemist Test" said Li Yuan.

"Then, come with me" said the old man. Li Yuan followed him to an Alchemy Room and entered it with him.

"Wait for a few minutes" said the old man as he left the room and went to get the ingredients. He came back with a few sets of ingredients and put it on the table beside the cauldron.

"The Test will begin now. You have 4 hours to make one Tier 1 Pill. The Purity of the Pill should be at least 50%" said the old man.

Li Yuan looked at the ingredients and saw that he can make three pills from them.

Condensed Qi Pill.

Blood Regenerating Pill.

Heart Burning Pill.

Li Yuan smiled and started the fire in the cauldron before grabbing all the ingredients for Condensed Qi Pill and throw in the cauldron.

The Old Man's eyes turned sharp as Li Yuan's actions were terrible from his point of view. Ingredients should be handled with care so it will not affect the process of making the pill. Still, he didn't speak and let Li Yuan continue. This is a test and he will not interfere at all.

Suddenly, his eyes widened as he saw Li Yuan slap the cauldron 20 times while yawning. Then, he kicked the cauldron 5 time before shaking it for one minute.

"What the fuck?! Are you taking alchemy as a joke?!" The old man was enraged due to Li Yuan insolent show and wanted to slap him to death. But, he froze as he smelled a familiar scent. He stared dumbly at Li Yuan who opened the cauldron and took out 5 Condensed Qi Pills.

His eyes nearly popped out as he saw the pills. The amount of the ingredients could only allow Li Yuan to take 2 pills, yet he made 5! And he achieved that by hitting the cauldron? And he didn't take more than 10 minutes to make them! Are you kidding with me?

Then, he got another surprise as he found that each one of the pills has a purity above 90%!
