Those were the numbers and stats Jimmy had seen as he was walking into town with the succubi. Kaylan wore a brown cloak that covered his face for the most part, in addition to his body.

"He could be anywhere." Belva spoke. "But perhaps he would not consider harming a lady?"

"Never expect anyone to be kind to you, unless they genuinely mean it for the first few seconds of knowing them."

"Are humans really that troublesome?"

"Remember how I ended up like this?"

"I know, but does your admiration of snakes have anything to do with this?"

Jimmy stopped in his tracks as soon as he saw the first few stores within town. The people were going in and out of the place as usual. Many were presumably venturing to buy more stock for either food or other necessities. He looked into Belva's eyes. The succubi in front of him felt his piercing gaze.

"I didn't mean any disrespect." Belva reasoned.

Jimmy sighed. "Simple answer is no. I hope that answer satisfies you?"

"It does." Belva spoke before Jimmy turned his back and continued to head into town. The crowds were larger, hence the succubi fastening their pace to keep up with him.

"Pay attention Belva, for Jimmy's abilities may appear when the time demands it." Zaniva said in Belva's mind.

"Demands it?" Belva replied to Zaniva via telepathy. "You're not telling me that he hasn't been able to control it?"

"Oh he can control some of his abilities, the ones that he learned at the School of Cerrit, including the snake that emerged from out of his shoulder."

"Did he not have snake eyes from before?" Belva took the moment to survey the entire crowd, more people were passing by even more, and the chatter amongst the citizens became louder. She soon saw a glimpse of Jimmy from the side, and she rushed toward him, gripping onto his hand.

"Don't go so far away. We're looking for this thief together are we not?"

"Apologies, I just wanted to get over with this. You mind?" Jimmy looked down at his hand being held by her, and she released her grip almost immediately. The other succubi caught up with the two, and they chuckled in amusement. Red hues appeared on Belva's face, as she folded her arms, pouting slightly.

"Perhaps we could split up Jimmy? That way we can find this Kaylan even more efficient?" Zaniva spoke.

"Well how do we move to one another then?"

"Do your Cerrit abilities allow you to communicate via telepathy?"

"Uh-"

"Check your system." Zaniva approached him, expecting him to open up the transparent screen that allowed him to check his abilities and overall status.

"No." Jimmy exclaimed, before whispering into her ear. "We're in a literal crowd, the last thing I need is people finding out-"

"Who here can really find out Jimmy?" Belva argued, also whispering. "It's not like all of these people can do magic!"

"Thief!" the voice of a man was heard. The group turning their attention to the right. Belva She stopped looking at the direction as she felt a force bumping into her. "Hey."

The figure wore a brown hoodie, and Belva reached out to the figure, gripping his arm tightly.

"Don't you dare walk away." Belva spoke before the hooded figure pulled his arm back. WIth one arm gripping the figure's own, she reached out to the figure's hood, but he pushed her against Zaniva, before whipping out his knife.

A swift dash was heard on the ground, and Jimmy soon saw Velyn appear near the figure instantly.

"Scream and I will not hesitate to cause immense bleeding from your neck." Velyn spoke with her finger poking the material of the figure's hoodie. The figure flinched in slight pain as he felt Velyn's overwhelmingly sharp fingernail, before her left hand pulled off the figure's hoodie.

"You're not that good at hiding are you, Kaylan?" Zaniva spoke in a taunting manner, before the thief stared at her and he jabbed Velyn in the stomach with his shoulder. The sudden attack allowed Kaylan to morph into a dark blue mist, before he zig zagged his way through the crowd.

"Oh fun!" Sillis spoke as she morphed swiftly into a snake after she had jumped midair, following the misty form the thief had taken on.

"After them!" Zaniva spoke as Jimmy, Belva and Velyn followed. The group followed Sillis chasing after Kaylan. The thief was swift even after returning to his human form, running through the crowds and pushing them aside hard.

The crowds in front of Sillis soon started to break upon seeing the thief running away.

"He's a thief! Wanted for whatever thievery he has committed!" she shouted, as various men soon started to yell and chase after Kaylan.

"Get him!"

"Don't let him get away!"

"Capture that thief!"

"I can't believe it." Jimmy spoke in surprise as he ran alongside the remaining succubi. Much to his surprise, he was running at the same pace as them, the people blitzed by, his eyes focused on Sillis and Kaylan from afar.

His eyes did not have to squint in order to get a better view of them, even as they ran up a building, and proceeded to run onto the rooftops.

"Make haste!" Zaniva charged ahead before she made a humongous jump into the air, and she soon made her way onto the roof as well, keeping up with the thief running away. Velyn jumped mid air, but she disappeared in a bright flash.

Jimmy's eyes widen at the sight of Velyn suddenly appearing on the rooftops as well.

"I'll see to it Kaylan gets captured." Belva smirked in a cocky manner, before she disappeared midway into the run.

"Oh no you don't." Jimmy said in distaste, as he felt his heartbeat fast just like his encounter with the distorted demon, the one aligned with Malvagia.

He forced himself into the air, the gravity was no longer under his feet, as his eyes widened upon seeing just how far he was from the ground. From mid air, he saw Belva appearing on the same rooftop as Kaylan and the other succubi chasing him, jumping from building to building.

He landed on his two feet, the soles of his feet feeling the impact of the hard stone and wood of the roof, before he increased his running pace, catching up to Belva. He soon felt a series of bursting streams around his eyes, before he closed them and scratched them with his hands gently but swiftly.

"Finally you made it-" Belva was cut off by the sudden appearance of Jimmy, and his eyes turning dark, his pupils were diamond shaped now.

"Indeeeeed." Jimmy opened his mouth and the snake fangs on his upper teeth emerged, along with his forked tongue

By the underworld, Belva thought in pure shock.
