1 The secret in her heart

She was thinking as she wrote down prescriptions , her last day as an intern in the pediatric ward , she was so overjoyed she finally got into residency. She and her friends had a party planned for tonight . They would go to the most expensive restaurant and have the time fo their lives . She smiled sweetly at the little child in front of her as she was explaining his parents the details of how to take care of their child so that he could recover soon .

She was by no means a striking beauty , but she was very charming to look at . She has porcelain white skin and huge almond eyes with black pupils . The contrast between her complexion and eyes was immense . But her eyes were usually hidden behind a pair of thick glasses . She had a short cute nose and the most rosy pair of full lips . When she smiled her whole face lit up , softness and charm emanating. She was tall and slightly on the plump side which made her think she was ugly to look at . She always wore loose modest full sleeved dresses and her hair was covered . When it wasn't covered her hair was her pride . Thick lustrous hip length and jet black . It framed her face perfectly and she looked like she stepped out of a fairytale.

The little child smiled as she gave him a sticker to make him feel better .

Then she went washed and cleaned up at the doctors lounge and booked a ride to the restaurant where her friends were waiting for her treat . They were four best friends . Anita a hottie with short hair , dusky complexion and the most striking face . Her voice was so sweet she was nicknamed nightingale. Myra was her cousin and they were usually confused as twins . She was beautiful and sweet and talkative. She had a bubbly personality unlike Sasha who had a quiet demeanor and talked only when spoken too . And lastly there was Tina , the university genius . She had a lovely figure and the most pleasant personality. They were the closest friends since they first entered their medicine school. Sasha Tina Anita and Myra . All were usually the top ones in class and today all were celebrating getting into their MD program

Tina was going to be a gynecologist, Anita got into ophthalmology, Myra into Family Medicine and Sasha her results were out today got into a research program in Oncology.

They went into the grand dining room at Hilton where a dinner buffet was served . Today was Sasha's treat !!

All of them took up some food and sat down at the corner table . They were laughing and talking comfortably with each other . They had started teasing Myra as she was just back from her date with her fiancé . Myra was blushing and trying to fend off her friends teasing over at Tina . Then suddenly silence reached the room . A group of 5 friends entered , all of them strikingly handsome and they were quite famous. Amongst them was the Mr O . He was every girls dream guy and every guy's idol . At 6 feet high he had broad shoulders , chiseled muscles and his face seemed to be carved to perfection. Square jaw an aquiline nose and the most intense eyes . He came from a good family but he was a self made billionaire. He started his company 6 years ago and 3 years ago he rose to fame . His friends were quite accomplished as well . They walked through the room to the table diagonally across . As they were walking their gazes met for a brief moment- his intense and thorough , hers soft and shy and a memory flashed through her mind , could it be possible he recognized her ? After 6 years . The memory was imprinted in her mind . Here was the man responsible for her closed heart . For outwards she never showed any romantic interest in anyone , she rejected all the advances of all the popular guys in her university- for she carried a torch for him . That was the secret in her heart . They turned away their gazes and resumed talking with their friends , but Sasha had that question in her mind - did he even know of her existence? Those 15 mins changed her life , did it even make an impression on him ?
