abid was just an ordinary boy who was diagnose with Type A Wolff Parkinson White Syndrome. currently he was admitted in Institut Jantung Negara to receive his treatment from the No.1 heart specialist in Malaysia which is Dr. Azlan who was also known as The Doctor of Ultras Malaya.

The nicknames of ultras Malaya was given to him for having a perfect record of success in conducting open heart surgery, close heart surgery and other cardiological procedures which amounted not less than 30,000 surgeries and procedures.

abid was in a good hand because he was sure that Dr.Azlan was going to cure him of his current syndrome. The type-A WPW was not a typical heart disease and problem but a rare one which only happen to 1 to 100,000 heart patient across the globe. furthermore, this disease was not categorize as a dangerous and critical disease that needs a particular serious surgeries and a very long routine of treatment but it can be cure with just conducting a simple none invasive procedure to remove the unnecessary path in the heart electrical circuit.
