3 Devavrata the 8th son of shantanu

It is a very sad day for Shantanu as his son is in the heavens But getting controlled without his child gave him success. As he waited for his child to come back and his wish became fulfilled and found a teenager on the bank of Ganga with a bow and arrow. He felt him in the heart and when he went near him but suddenly Ganga arrived from water and said oh King this is your son and I have named him Devavrata. Shantanu was happy he blessed his son. As much you feel he is wise and kind he is a dare devil too. As one day a king of another state came to attack on Hastinapur but when he was riding his horse he saw all this and asked the King then he single handle killed all the soldiers of the state. This was the symbol of pride for Hastinapur and Shantanu. He was happy a lot for Devavrata but something deep saddened for Ganga. Hence he would feel lonely sometimes.
