8 Bloodline

4 months later...

Its been months since Aeon has seen his best friends and a lot of things have happened since then.

Due to his outstanding physical prowess, Aeon decided to announce that he awakened when he pushed himself during the training, otherwise people would've started to become suspicious of him.

This announcement lead to his being transferred to a training facility in a city called New Darnell, where awakened people without traits or weak ones go to be trained.

There he showed even higher strength in practice duel where was undefeated even against those that held traits. This caused the administration to conduct tests on him to see what caused this.

The blood test found that Aeon had a hidden Bloodline to which they attributed his fast progression in training to as bloodline are considered almost as rare as unique traits, but unlike traits, they are hereditary.

This revelation made some of the higherups to take interest in Aeon and decided to transfer him to the Main military located in the capital city of the Kindom of Deora called Reilia.

Inside the office of the commanding general...

Walking up to a desk, Aeon saw a large man sitting on chair that if one could see would notice that it could barely hold up his weight.

Looking at the name tag on this man Aeon saw that his name was General Kenoobie.

After briefly reading the personnel file in front of him the general then looked at the peculiar golden haired and silver eyed recruit in front of him.

'Hmm only 14 years old and already able to fight at people twice his age and stature, although they are weak and haven't even reached the first rank, is still commendable. He also seems to possess a hidden bloodline...'

The general then said "Your file tells me you're and orphan, but do you know anything about your parents?"

"No sir"

"Tell me, where is this orphanage you were raised in located?"

"It's located in a small village called Alfall found near the outskirts of the kingdom, near the Elven kingdom of New Alfheim" Replied Aeon.

'Why does this name sound familiar?' Thought the general to himself. He then remembered a certain talented twins that mentioned that they had a friend that saved them from a goblin attack on their village.

"Do you by any chance know twins by the name Lark and Eona?" asked general Kenoobie.

Hearing the names of his best friends, Aeon instantly brightened up. He had a hard time trying to make new friends with the other recruits.

Most of them either ignored him due o his looks that seemed to fit those of a noble and his rather unapproachable vibe mostly because he did not find anyone interesting.

Aeon immediately replied "Yes I do, we grew up together and they are my best friends"

After handing him a paper general Kenoobie proceeded to say "hmmm, that's enough for today, you may go and rest in the room assigned to you on this paper in the male recruits sleeping quarters after the long journey you had to arrive here.

Tomorrow morning corporal Stephanie will meet you at the cafeteria and act as your guide for the day. You are dismissed recruit"

After saluting general Adam, Aeon left his office and headed towards the sleeping quarters for the recruits.

'... Sigh, I wonder which powerful family this kid belong for his bloodline to allow him to progress almost as fast as those with powerful offensive unique traits'

While searching for the sleeping quarters, Aeon walked by many military personnel, who almost all looked at him with disdain, which Aeon didn't notice at all as he was mainly focused on the lights and cutting edge technology he heard about but never saw in any of the previous bases he's been to.

'I guess these are the perks for being the main military base in the kindom located in the capital' Aeon thought to himself

After searching for some time and growing the wiser, Aeon decided to ask a someone that seemed be a recruit similar to him for directions.

"Umm... hello... excuse me, where is the male recruits sleeping quarters?"

After looking at Aeon for a few moments, the recruit reluctantly said "Go the staircase leading downwards at end of this corridor, and on your right you will see a door leading to a huge room, that is the male recruits' sleeping quarters"

"Thank you"

After thanking him, Aeon followed his directions and entered the door. There he saw another corridor that led to the right and when he turned right, he saw almost a hundred small rooms lined up on both sides.

Looking at the paper that the general gave him, he saw his personal information and also that the room he was assigned to was number 106.

Walking until he reached the end, Aeon finally found his room, he noticed that the door was a in bad condition but also noticed that only his name was written on the board, signifying that he had no roommate, due to all other rooms having two names on their board which made him happy.

after entering the room and pressing the protruding button on the wall, the room lighted up which greatly suprised him!

Looking around he found that it was about 4 by 4 meters big and had to identical sets of beds and closets, but only one bathroom to the right. Changing into evening clothes, Aeon put thee rest of his clothes in the closets and proceeded to fall asleep shortly after laying down on the bed in the right corner of the room.
