6 JinHit

In the morning, everyone was quiet. Hitman Bang ordered takeout again and the eight people sat around the wooden table in the living room. The cuisine was similar to modern Korean food and while normally the brothers would be fighting over the meager amount since they haven't eaten for two days, no one paid much attention.

Jimin's nightmare was enough to remind them about their circumstances. The sun that shone brightly outside didn't seem much of a help.

Hitman Bang could clearly feel the tension, but he didn't know what to do. He had already decided that he would bring his new recruits to the company to get tested. But the question is, would they do well in this state?

He shook his head in agitation. It doesn't matter anymore. Even if they don't get approved, I won't get demoted. The worst thing that could happen is that those hotshots would look down on me even more.

"Ok, today, I will be taking you boys to my awesome company, JinHit! For the last 50 years, it has dominated the world of entertainment. Hundreds of megastars and actors have debuted under our name! In fact, our CEO....etc."

------------

After walking for a long time in the blazing sun, under the lead of Hitman Bang, the BTS members finally arrived before a grand building with its name plated with gold, "JinHit". It was taller than any of the other buildings in the area and more majestic.

Jungkook couldn't help but gasp in bewilderment. "Woah!"

There were also large security guards that stood, looming over the multiple glass doors that entered the building. There was some sort of invisible barrier that prevented people from going in unless the security guards recognized and let a familiar person in. They could tell this from how the crowd of the city stood outside in a circle surrounding the building. Some people even held fan boards, waving them at the building. The BTS members noticed looks of envy and longing as they walked through the barrier behind Hitman Bang.

As BTS neared the entrance, Jungkook suddenly shouted in a hushed voice. "Those security guards are robots!"

Suga observed the robots carefully. If you weren't near enough or didn't pay attention enough to see the lined joints and the stiffness of their gestures, these high-tech machines would be mistaken as humans! How terrifying is this world to have produced things only known in robot apocalypse video games?!

The "security guard" that was being scrutinized suddenly looked at Suga. It was as if the robot felt his gaze. Its dull black eyes were piercingly cold. Suga trembled.

Inside the building, it was more "traditional". The high ceilings were covered with complex hand carved designs and gigantic chandeliers hung overhead. The floor was pure white marble. A female robot, even more exquisite than the security guards, sat at the lobby desk, typing on five different keyboards that connected to something the human eye couldn't see.

Smaller, more simple robots did miscellaneous things like carrying things or transporting documents. They had wheels, running toward their destination at a lightning speed that would slow down to moderate when humans were near.

Although truly in awe, the BTS members knew their place and behaved like low-key school children, quietly absorbing everything in.

It is a busy day today, and people dressed like fashionistas walked around in a working stupor.

Hitman Bang walked over to the lobby desk with a fawning smile. "Excuse me, Maria, I have brought seven new participants."

"For which category?" Maria asked in a female robotic voice.

"Modeling-"

"Singing, rap, and dance," Jin interrupted.

Hitman Bang frowned in displeasure. "What?" He whispered.

"We've learned singing and dance in our home country before and some of us can rap very well," Jin replied smoothly. He had grasped the idea of JinHit and knew what could benefit BTS the most, an idol career in the world as well!

"For which category?" Maria asked again.

"Singing, rap, and dance." Hitman Bang's thick eyebrows twitched at the audacity of Jin.

"This category does not exist."

Hitman Bang looked long and hard at the people he brought. He sighed.

"For which category?" Maria asked once more.

"Boy Group Trainees," He answered.

The robot woman paused for a moment before typing on her keyboards again. Soon, one of the simple robots rolled over and gestured Hitman Bang and the rest to follow.

The group walked past countless rooms before stopping. They arrived in front of a door that was labeled in large, golden letters, "medical room for incoming trainees."
