5 Ridiculous

I wake up to the sun shining bright in my eyes, almost blinding my eyes in bed, I hate it, especially when the sun decides to wake me up with its brightness instead.

I take my phone from my nightstand and look at the screen, and smile at the lock screen, I unlock the phone so I can read the message fully.                                

From: MOM

Hey sweetie, hope you will have a great day today, your father and I miss you so much.

To MOM: Thank you, mom, I miss you too.

I smile at my phone before locking it. Yanking the covers off me, I walk to the bathroom to brush my teeth and hoped in the shower after taking my bath, I wrap a towel around my body and walk back into my room only to see Jason sitting on my bed.

" I have nothing to say to you, Jason, now can you please leave my room" I point to the door with my other hand on my waist.

He sighs and walks out without saying a word.

After putting on some shorts and a white tee-shirt tee, I pad to the kitchen and found Jason in the kitchen.

"Marie," he says while eating a mouthful of cereal.

I clear my throat and I half-smile walking to the fridge for an apple while starting the coffee maker.

" I'm sorry about last night and this morning too" he looks down at his bowl.

"Unforgiven" I roll my eyes.

He sighs pushing his messy hair off his forehead, "Look! I didn't mean to walk into your room like that okay" he says.

His phone rings and he looks at it without answering it.

The screen showed a girl's name and still, he didn't bother to answer it.

He keeps annoying me or is it the fact that it's a girl calling him?.

"Aren't you going to take that?"I growl.

"No, I'm not," he says.

" You are so annoying " I roll my eyes at him.

  It's taking forever for Jason, to decide what movie we could watch, and honestly, this guy is undecided.

"Jason, can't we just watch scream?" I frown at him.

"Okay, okay, geez Marie," he groans while putting on the scream movie.

I get some popcorn before starting the movie, He places his legs on the coffee table and slouches down getting even more comfortable.

"Eew! Jason, get your dirty feet off the table" I push his legs off the table in the process.

"Oh come on Marie, my feet aren't even dirty," he says while putting his feet back on the coffee table.

I sigh in defeat, he smiles and then concentrates back on the tv.

The movie was scary and the whole time I had to scream, Jason would glare at me with that " I will kill you glare" all because I was disturbing him with my screams but anyway why is the movie called Scream if you can't scream during the 1hr42min.

And now I can't sleep, Jason's light is still on, I can tell by the lights showing from underneath my door.

"Marie,!"He calls my name out softly.

I remain quiet to hear what he would say next.

"Are you awake?"

"Yeah, what's wrong?"

"Can, I come to sleep with you?" he says sounding desperate.

" Why would you want to sleep with me, Jason,?"

" I can't sleep trust me it's just sleeping and nothing else," he mumbles with a chuckle.

" My door isn't locked" I mumble.

Waiting for him to reply, the door cracks open, finding his way to the bed in the dark makes him look more ridiculous with his arms stretched out slowly walking trying to find the bed.

I chuckle at his ridiculousness.
