15 A forgotten memory

{this Chapter is broken more up, since it is a memory i decided this is how ill make these chapters.}

Tango had sliced through the hordes of soldiers, killing any that were near him.

He was the last on the battlefield, why didn't they give up? he was so tired.

He wasn't done though, these men had died by his hands but were ordered to fight him by the monster who hid away a few thousand feet away.

His eyes twitched, he ran toward the man who ordered these soldiers to their deaths.

They hadn't known.

-Someone had gripped his shoulder, "calm down Tango it was just a bad dream."-

What dream? he casted his ribbon whipping through the trees, he had saw the coward.

He compressed his aura and swung his sword slicing through the forest as a guillotine.

"Please spare me i am sorry i didn't know, you are so powerful i really didn't know!" A pitiful man begged at Tango's feet.

"So if i wasn't as powerful as i am you would have captured me? Then what i would assume torture then either you would've tried to get me to work for you or kill me. So what would you have done huh? Why beg when you do not truly repent, you abuse those who are weaker, but when a bigger fish comes who beg just like all those weaker than you."

He flicked his wrist and the two ribbons connected to the blades he held decapitated the man.

"You shouldn't have done that you know, you may be the executioner of the empire but the inquisitor would've wanted him alive." A woman was behind him.

"Silvia? what is it you want?"

"Eh, plotting and scheming. You know the usual, i see you still killing things."

Tango hadn't answered, but he stopped as he was walking away

"I am a slayer, I slay things." he began to walk away but she had one last thing to say.

"Yeah i know you hunt them to near extinction, this time it is the Atawashi. What next on your list dragons, demons, how about your own species, will you finally kill off of the rest of us? When will you stop Tango, is has been centuries, Eons! Get over yourself, your not a slayer, you are a..."

She dipped off but the word she was going to say, Tango knew.

A monster...

He had entered the throne room,"Your majesty the task is done, the opposing Atawashi conquerors are finally no more... i Will be taking my leave." The King smiled at the first part, but then began to laugh.

"You won't be going anywhere, you have committed genocide and thus will be arrested and used as an executioner of the royal family to lower your sentence." Tango sighed as the King told the guards to arrest him but they didn't have chance.

"You cannot cage me" he said as he cut the kings head off. The Queen gasped, and the guards charged to the kings side as Tango disappeared.

-"Tango, wake up...Wake up, you have been asleep long enough. This is why you do not train continuously wake up!"-
