As Mo Zhe left the Spiritual Roots Opening Tower, he went to buy some supplies(which is kinda unfair you'll see why), he went to the normal shop and bought some grade 1 spiritual stones.
AN(assume grade 1 as the grade he will be in, I will elaborate when the story continues)
Mo Zhe: I need to get into the Refinement Stage 1 soon!
AN(There are 9 levels to all cultivation level, The next Stage signify the next stage after the 9th level, meaning a breakthrough, generally 1-3 Level is the low level of that stage, 4-6 is the middle level, and 7-9 is the high level, the higher level of 9, meaning close to the next stage is usually called peak of lets say refinement realm.)
After Mo Zhe bought the supplies, he was immediately downgraded to 10 gold.

AN(YDUSHDHFJEJXH 100 silver is a normal salary of a ordinary worker! Bruh the more I write the more it feels like I am not the author lol just reader)

AN(The Inn will supply everything but a limit to some stuff like food, for free).
Okay, its time to start cultivating! [Mo Zhe sat down, put both arms in the middle of his legs and started cultivating according to the Before The Cultivation method]
2 Hour later, Refinement Level 2!
3 Hours later(after that 1 hour of course)
Mo Zhe: This speed is not fast enough(Adds in Spiritual Stones)
AN(With addition of spiritual stones, his spiritual absorption is at the same amount, but more is provided to his body. Maybe his speed was 1% but now its 3%. Generally this will barely help if you have the Mortal absorption power, but his speed is too fast, the surrounding if it wasn't for mortal absorption would have actually been sucked dry. Thus when adding spiritual stones, it will increase by a few percent.) <~~ Just think of adding more spiritual stones but the rate of absorbing is the same.
2 hour later, Refinement Level 3!
3 hour later, Refinement Level 4!
4 hour later, Refinement Level 5!
5 hour later, Refinement Level 6!
By then the spiritual stone has already been sucked dry, and new more ones have been placed.
6 hours later, Refinement Level 7!
If there was a record holder in terms of speed, he would have broken it by a few times, no hundreds times, heck even maybe close to a thousand times!
