2 Fortuitous Encounters

New Bark City - the city of beginnings

Everyone can be seen merrily chatting with other players. Some are grouping up for a field grind for items and EXP for leveling up while some are befriending other players before they start their own quest afterwards.

The New Bark City was an NPC city and was called the town of beginnings because it is the place where all players will start their own journey. The city has 4 portals in total located in the North, South, East and West. These portals was said to be a forbidden place for new players in Deities' Domain because there are rumors stating that you can't log back again or had your account permanently deleted in Deities' Domain if you went through any of these portals.

"Crap, why am I teleported to a place like this? Am I suppose to start in an NPC city as I start my development smoothly?"

Lin Fei Can't believe to find herself in the middle of the wilderness of the valley surrounded by small hills and arid desert land. The area seems suffocating for her and difficult to breath and the essence of danger can be felt anywhere.

Not to mention, she was hearing loud roars of monsters scattered all throughout the region. Though she seemed not within the range of these monsters, she can't go anywhere providing the place she was in. She had nothing to do with her current condition.

"This won't do, I'll try to check my character status and the system to see if I can do something to get out of this."

Lin Fei gestured her right hand as she access and views her status and control panel.

Passive Skill

-Player's Life Bar is divided into 2 sections

Berserk [toggle-mode skill]

- when this skill is activated, the player's life will lose 1% every 5 seconds while gaining 100% movement speed and attack speed and an Additional Strength (Strength Attribute * 2), when the Life Bar lost a section of life, the Strength will be doubled and additional 25% in attack speed.

After scanning her character information,

"Curse that six-winger divine being how dare she brought me up to a place like this!", Lin Fei muttered.

"She didn't at least gave me a silver or gold rank weapon or equipment at the very least, and what am I suppose to do here with the Skills I had acquired?"

No matter how he rack up her brain, Lin Fei didn't know how to get herself out of this place while being in a place full of monsters.

BOOOM!!!

A loud boom sounded her ears and not that far away. On the other side of the valley, what she saw is a tall bulky man wearing a dark-gray cape wildering a blue longsword fighting three monsters simultaneously.

The sudden turnaround of events had caused her eyes to open wide in shock.

"Crap! Is this guy crazy? Does he want to die? If he is, he better die himself. If the fight attract monsters, my presence will soon be discovered and I'll be doomed."

Lin Fei found was dumbfounded by the scene.

"If this monster had its focus on me, considering my level isn't that high enough to face those high leveled monsters here. What am I suppose to do now?"

As she ponder to this predicament she is experiencing right now, a loud deep voice entered her ears,

"Hey! Little girl over there, please lend me a hand here and help me fend off these monsters".

NOTES:

2 sections of lifebar: If someone of you is playing Mobile Legends as to how the character hero named Masha has 3 sections bar in her life bar I will also apply a portion of it to the protagonist named Lin Fei only that 2 sections of her lifebar in her instead of 3 from Masha.

Toggle-mode skills - this is the term I will use to describe skills having an on/off type because skills such as Active Skills are skills that can be activated once with a cooldown while Passive Skills are the skills can be used or innate in the character, legacy, items, weapons, equipment and etc that doesn't require activation
