Yanfei turned around and saw her brother standing at the door, she called to him, Elder brother you are back, Jinze nodded and walked to the bed he stared at the delicate face, he reached out and touched her cheek, he kept caressing her cheek, Yanfei noticed her brother was lost in thought while staring at her best friend, she stood up and left the room to give her brother some privacy.

The sound of the door snapped him out of his thought, Alas! He had to wait for her to wake up before anything else. That was the most important thing. He sat next to her bed and called out her name quietly as if he was making sure she was really here and not his illusions.

He blamed himself for not protecting her well and not checking those around her to make sure no harm came to her.
