23 In Everyone’s heads

As points fly by us, we get more nervous. I see everyone make more mistakes. I have been shaking to how good they are. Suga yells at us to calm down. I can't believe we are here, I look at the purple and white on their uniforms. They shine with glory. We can't give up yet. I start to tighten up my hands. I look at the score board. (12:5) I look at Nishinoya and I am confused what to do. They are just to fast. But that's not all. He uses strength and he positions the ball to be out by bouncing off of one of us. What are we thinking. Nishinoya sees the ball coming toward him. I receive it and set it to Tanaka. He spikes it. We score a point! I feel relief, but still my head is in the game. We start set two. This whole game is going so fast. At the same time every second can feel like hours. Everyone is concentrating so hard. I wouldn't be here without Daichi. I wouldn't be here if people didn't care about me enough to save me. I see a flash and my future self comes back. "Hey Past Kageyama." He says with excitement. "Can I sit back and watch for a little bit?" He says looking at me. "Wouldn't people see you?" I say confused. "I will be in and out. I will support you my little past self." He says smiling. Then I see him in the bleachers. "KAGEYAMA look out!" They all start to run after the ball. I set the ball to one of them. Without them knowing who I am going to set to. Daichi spikes it and it hits Ōhira Reon. It goes out of bounds. We score another point! Ushijima comes up to serve and it comes straight at Tanaka. The ball is moving fast and the wind is blowing through the whole court. It hits Tanaka's head so hard. The ball hits the ground and scores a point. That must of hurt Tanaka but it was worth it. Our team no matter what seems to always be there for each other and they power through it. I look at daichi and I see how much pressure he has on him. He does so much for this team. I set to Hinata and Tendō blocks it. I get so frustrated. We take a time out. "Kageyama are you okay?" Hinata looks at me. "It's nothing Hinata." I say with a smile. We are gonna do this! I believe it! The ball starts to fly past my head, where is it gonna go. It starts to fly and it is so fast. The ball flys out and score a point. This is the hardest competition. If we are gonna beat them we got to put not only our strengths, but our minds too. We got this!
