1 Chapter 1
There was a knock on the door in the sound of a little pattern. "Please come in!" The woman said with a little yelp. "Hi hello are you...The Love Doctor?" The small woman asked next to what seemed to be her lover. "Just call me Ms. Conner," Pandora said to the couple. "What are your names?" She asked the couple. "Oh call me Jen and this is Tyler." The client said with a bubbly voice. "So what brings you into my office today?" Pandora then asked. "Well, I think he's seeing another woman. He keeps sneaking around at night saying he has clients, at eight in the night!?" The small woman said, giving a little stink eye at her boyfriend. "Well I need a story from both sides, ma'am, not just yours," Pandora said, starting to get a little annoyed by the couple already.
As the couple told their story it turns that Jen had been sneaking around following her boyfriend and peeking at his phone. Invading some of his privacy, and Tyler knew this. He had no choice but to sneak around and behind her back meeting with a few of his female friends to plan a surprise for Jen. He was a man and wasn't into what Jen was so, he asked his female friends. That's when Jen one day spotted Tyler buying flowers with one of his friends and Jen thought he was buying them for the mysterious lady. Jen being the woman she is. She called Tyler only to see him ignore the call. She was raging with anger as she walked up to him saying "Who's she? Do you think she is better than me? Yea she's pretty but not like me..her boobs look fake and her face isn't proportional. Humph!" That was a sight for Tyler to see his girlfriend insulting one of his closest friends, but at the same time, he had hurt Jen.
"So after listening to that… an interesting story I think I see a problem," Pandora said. "Jen you're always coming into your boyfriend's privacy. Also, it seems like you have no respect for him or yourself, and Tyler...I mean you could've used a better excuse than seeing clients so late in the night maybe say you wanted to go out for a jog at least. The main problem is Jen. There is no trust from Jen towards you. Jen, please work on trusted others and if you have any concerns towards your loved one please talk to them and not make assumptions." Pandora said to the couple with a saddened expression. "Now you both are excused, have a nice day and a happy relationship" Pandora added. "THANK YOU LOVE DOCTOR!! I PROMISE I CAN DO BETTER. NO, WE WILL DO BETTER!" Jen said while pulling Tyler out the door.
Pandora just rolled her eyes at the woman. Pandora thought how much of Jen was a hot mess, maybe something in her past affects Jen's trust towards others. But Pandora just thought to herself that she'd contact the woman on the weekend for some brunch. Pandora cleaned up her office and made sure to order the files and notes she had taken on various couples. After locking up her office she headed down the elevator then went into the mailroom to see her special box full of fan mail, so she stuffed the mail into her bag and went home. Today was stressful for Pandora, dealing with couples who have simple problems and then having that one spouse/ lover who always causes problems. Pandora let out a little sigh after pulling into the driveway of her home. She went to her mailbox, got her monthly bills and other spam mail, and went inside to be greeted by an empty house. Well almost empty she had her pet albino corn snake Ramey and ordered some takeout on the way to his cage. She wrapped Ramey around her neck, then there was a knock at the door. She told herself that it couldn't have been the takeout, she just ordered it. So, who was the unexpected guest?
