Rishi stares at Itachia "You trust this women is really Madara" she nods "If she isn't then it makes no difference, she is following her will" Rishi nods "Very well, if you trust her, then I will to" the masked girl calling herself Madara returns "Are you ready to meet the rest of the Akasuki" the two nod and they head to the hideout in the land of rivers.

(Land Of Rivers, Hideout)

Rishi enters the hideout along with "Madara" and Itachia, they are greeted by an orange haired women with Rinnegan eyes and a blue haired woman, both in Akasuki robes, the orange haired girl speaks "Madara, you brought another survivor" Madara shakes her head "Rishi... he left the village before the massacre began but accepts our end goal" the girl nods "Very well... Rishi Uchiha, welcome to the Akasuki" Rishi nods "Thank you" the girl offers him a ring and a scroll, "You will need these to communicate with us through spiritual jutsu" he takes the items and wears the ring, the orange haired girl nods "I am Pain and this Konan" Rishi nods "A Pleasure" Pain then responds "You will be teamed up with Itachia and Kisame (also female) and your first misson concerns assisting Deidera and Sasori in transporting the captured Kazekage Gaara here" he nods and the two head off.

(Rishi has access to the eternal Eternal Mangekyo Sharigan after trading eyes with his brother shortly before he died, he posses Kotoamatsukami and Weapon Control (Shin Uchiha's ability), his design is like Madara's only he doesn't have straight tomoe his are the normal comma shape, his Susanoo is currently at the armoured stage, his Susanoo colour is black and his weapons are white, the weapons are the drill sword used by his brother and the (custom weapon) Slian Shield which acts like the Yada Mirror but has limited uses).

(Rishi also uses the Kotoamatsukami's ability to create false experiences by making people think their bones are broken or their chakra is lower than it actually is, this is because unlike regular Genjustu, Kotoamatsukami attacks the brain rather than the five senses which also allows him affect Jinchurki even if they befriend their Tailed Beast).

(Rishi's Chakra nature is Lighting, he has a keka tota which allows him to use Lava Release and Storm Release as well as Magnet Release and can perform all five basic nature transformations, he has created several of his own techniques, these are as follows Lighting Style: Bolter Strike a more devastating variant of the chidori as he fires a blast of Lighting from his hand that causes the earth around it to break and generate a powerful shockwave, Fire Style: Searing Beam, a precisely small straight beam composed of fire that is dense enough to pierce earth style techniques and impale people before burning them inside out, Water Style: Tsunami Impact, a massive wave of water which strong enough to destroy entire towns, Earth Style: Wall Of Spears, a massive Justu which involves Rishi manipulating the earth he stands on to transform it into spikes which impale his foes, Lava Style: Magma Tsunami, similar to his Tsunami Impact justu only with magma rather than water, Storm Release: Ionic Storm, a justu in which he calls a lighting bolt from the sky to strike his foes (the same as Cole from Infamous, will add more as time goes on) Magnet Release: Pulversing Bolt, a powerful area of effect justu similar to Pain's almighty push but less stable as it can cause earthquakes if too much force is applied.

(Strength wise, Rishi is equal to Itachia in combat and skill and could beat her and her Susanoo due to their possession of the Yada Mirror and Slian Shield (which is also why Sauske couldn't kill Itachia with Kirin)

(A Clearing Near The Land Of Rivers)

Rishi and Itachia wait for reinforcements from the leaf, after learning that they know of the hideout team Kakashi appears with an old woman in-tow, "Itachia, I'll handle Kakashi, you head back and help with the ritual" Itachia nods and leaves in a swarm of crows while Rishi stares down Team Kakashi "Kakashi of the Sharingan, it's good to finally meet you" Naruko walks in front of them "Just who are you" Rishi sighs "Rishi Uchiha" the team gasp, Kakashi is shocked "Uchiha" Rishi nods "Indeed, I've heard a lot about you Naruko, perhaps you should come willingly, it would be much easier that way (he activates his Sharingan and Kakashi does the same "Naruko, get behind me and back me up" she nods and Kakashi rushes Rishi.

(Battle)

Rishi sighs and uses genjustu to make Naruko think her femurs are broken, Naruko screams in pain and holds her legs, Chiyo and Sakura see to Naruko while Kakashi fights Rishi, Rishi throws his sword away and avoids Kakashi's attacks before weaving hand seals and performing "Earth Style: Wall Of Spikes" the floor rises up as spikes and rushes towards Kakashi at great speeds, Kakashi avoids it by teleporting behind Rishi, Rishi smirks "Magnet Release: Pulversing Bolt" Kakashi is pushed back by the force and sent crashing through a few trees, Rishi then turns only to see Naruko about to hit him with a Rasengan, he smirks and activates Weapon Control and sends his thrown sword towards her Naruko narrowly avoids it, only for it to come back to Rishi's hands, he smiles but is shocked when Kakashi impales him with a Lighting Blade, he then smiles "Just kidding" Kakashi gasps as he left an earth clone that traps her hand, Rishi then appears behind her. "Fire Style: Searing Beam" the beam of fire impales Kakashi in the side and causes her to fall the ground as the pain consumes her.

(End of battle)

Rishi gives the team a blank look "You an't that smart Kakashi, I was just a diversion" he disappears into the earth, Chiyo gasps "He was only buying time".

(Land Of Rivers)

Rishi heads in and finds Itachia and Kisame, the pair of them leave the hideout while Sasori and Deidera stay to fight Team Kakashi and Team Guy.
