1 Break Up & Lock Up

"Wh-what did you say?! Did you just say break up?"

"Let's break up. You heard right. I want to break up with you."

"... why... just why are you breaking up with me Derrick! We've been friends since we were kids, dating each other for the last 5 years. Just what did I do wrong."

"Rina... no Arcin. To put it simply you are a cold woman with a slightly twisted personality enjoying another person's hardship. Honestly being in a relationship with you is hard. I can never tell how you feel, if you ever liked me always doing something else."

"I can't help that I'm slightly sadistic when it comes to humour. I've told you many times how I've felt towards you! You asshole! I've done so much to help you get to where you are... you are the one that never helped me but to me just being by your side was enough! I never asked anything from you! We-we promised each other we'd be there for one another. You lier! I hate you Derrick I hope you die in a hole!" Arcin yelled slapping him in the face tears threatening to fall from her eyes. She closed her eyes and turned her head so he couldn't see her tears. She never let him see her tears."I did everything for you endured everything alone. I can see where my devotion to you has landed me. Don't speak to me ever again... just lose my fucking number for all I care." She sniffed before throwing an envelope at him. "Take your new girlfriend with you to the movie you were excited to see... cause I have no desire to go anymore."

With that Arcin raced out of the office and to the elevator tears streaming down her face as she did so when the doors to the elevator close she fell to the ground letting out a crying wail of pure pain. She felt as if her heart was torn to shreds. 'He was the only person I trusted... and he used me. Why... why.' She thought as she sat in the corner of the elevator sobbing. She heard the familiar ding and she slowly got to her feet her make up was running making a dark shadow under her eyes and her hair a mess from her running her hand through it. She trudged over to her car opening the door and falling inside. 'I need a drink.'

...

It was late when Arcin arrived at her parent's large house. She only came cause she got a message from her brother she needs to come home. She didn't get why her brother told her to go home but knew it was a better idea to listen to him that get chewed out for it later. Slamming her car door shut she walked over to the large entranceway of her parent's home and opened the door.

"Hey, lil'bro... Ren?! Where are you? You said you'd be waiting for me in the entranceway. You know I can't stay in the house for lo-" Arcin was cut off as a loud resounding smack sounded causing her head to turn to the side from the force of the slap.

"What the hell is wrong with you?! How could you let your relationship with Derrick end! He was your ticket to greatness! In the end, you are just a useless bitch! AN WHAT IS WITH THIS TATTOO WHEN DID YOU GET THIS YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO HAVE IT?! You cursed child! You are the reason everything has gone wrong! It's all your fault!" A woman yelled pulling Arcin's long hair. Arcin had to stop herself from suddenly screaming out. The woman dug her nails into Arcin's right wrist the area in which the tattoo she had designed herself resided on her body.

The woman dragged her nails down Arcin's arm drawing blood. "Aaah! Mother, please stop! Please!" Arcin cried out in pain to her step-mother.

"Stop crying you bitch! You'll wake someone up with your pointless screams after all who would help you out." Arcin's step-mother Inova growled tugging on her hair again causing Arcin to yelp. Inova smiled hearing Arcin's cry before pulling her across the floor and into the basement into a dark room with no windows. Arcin scrambled to the door but it was already locked she banged her fist against the door in anger.

"Damn it that bitch. I can't believe she posed as her own son to get me to come here just to do this. So petty. How did Dad ever marry her... whatever I already got a large amount of money from dad. I can... I can deal with all this. This is nothing." Arcin muttered leaning against the wall of the fairly familiar dark room placing her head against her knees closing her eyes cursing her existence and everything for this terrible day she was having.

~3 days later~

Arcin heard the familiar sound of the door creak lift her head to see a familiar figure. "Hey, Ren."

"Sis... I can't believe she did this again."

"It's okay Ren. I can handle it I'm a big girl. Just never do this to anyone like your mother has done to us." Arcin mumbled petting her younger half brother's head.

"Mom's gone out for the week you should leave now it's your best chance."

"Right... thanks for your help, Ren. If she does anything to you call me and I'll pick you up right away. She may have the rights of the house after dad died but I got the money and the head of the family."

"I know Rina. I love you, big sister."

"... yes I love you too Ren. You are the only person in this world I can trust."

With that Arcin escaped the basement with the help of Ren and quickly took action to follow through with her plan. A trip around the world to help her wounds heal or at least that was the plan. After booking the tickets and packing her bags, she called her only remaining friend that she knew was loyal to her to give her a ride to the airport without telling anyone.

But they never made it to the airport.
