The loss

There were letters inscripted on the royal doors of the magnificent pearl studded palace of princess ,in a forgien tongue and a language that was unknown

she was on her bed shedding tears silently and crying in her night robes of the most expensive silk and with a costly lining

Her maids as sad as her sat beside her and tried massaging her legs and arms

They dared to look at her straight

She wascrying not knowing what to do next ?

All the walls that had inscriptions of mystery and beauty all blurred with her tears and formed creatures that scared her she held her pillow stuffed with feathers and began to weep more

One of her servants approached her and asked if he could inform the king about the princess doubts and fears shes going through, as they discussed this ,a Messenger from the east approached with a sroll that the servants took over

And read to the princess ,it said that the prince of the east has sent her ten peackocks to cheer her up .

She got of her bed in surprise and pushed away the sheets and asked her maids ,how did it reach to the other kingdoms that i am not in form ? The maids bowed their head in sadness ,as she turned in utter disappointment towards her servants ,they said " your highness,...

Before they uttered a word she said ,stop !!

I know im making it obvious, she held a cushion for support and mumbled " missing banquets continually, rejecting gifts ,... so i have shown the world about my loss the biggest loss no one should ever go through she mumbled ,i have shown the world that i am a queen a queen who has lost her identity who feels disconnected from royality She said with tears , she broke down in tears but was also calm and silent an oxymoron Indeed was this queen

She has her diamond studded crown on the royal pillow ,she has a palace and is declared royal heir ,Unlike the others she owns her own island with enchanted waters with the most beautiful scenic beauty but why is the queen so detached from such a royal Identity was the question of her maids and the people of the town who had heard about the plight of the princess

Her servants and maids comforted her ,she refused and said why would you comfort me ,I'm in search of the biggest mysteries this kingdom holds and the most important oracle of this mystery is my identity

She looked in anger at her servants and called for her ministers and all of them arrived at once from their courts

She questioned them with eyes of anger ,tell me great men of wisdom

Who am I? Am I the royal heir

They said with confidence yes queen ,you have been proclaimed as the royal heir ,why am I proclaimed the royal heir and why am I here ? Do you have answers ? She said this with courage and anger

They said it is the king's great command your highness

She said isn't their a mystery behind all of these and why and how I have come to royality

The ministers were speechless and said ,My princess, Queen to be

Why do you doubt your royal identity an identity that is every womans dream ,she said ,then answer me

What are these inscriptions and who's palace is this ?

The ministers looked at one another and said ,a treasure left behind by our ancestors that we must preserve

She walked away with a sigh and said this is not what I want to hear then why have this gathering day after day that my parrot knows whats going to be there answers

She walked bold yet broken

It was time for supper ,she hadnt eaten for days now ! Her maids try to give her some fruits and all she did was refuse .

Her cousin wrote to her asking her to come over to her palace for a week,but she refused asusual..

And she walked out in her night robe to her beautiful river,she saw pearls and the water that slipped between them ,she smiled and it felt like an act recalled from her past and as she grew up every single pillar and stone of the palace looked like a mystery to her she walked back to her palace

Pearl cleansing was her favorite part of bath and cleansing. She thought deep as her maids rubber her toes and legs with beautiful pearlls and they shone like those gems they were scrubbed with.

She thought deep about everything thats happening to her and most importantly everything that happened to her ,she wondered why she lived in this beautiful land where they pearls and stones naturally occurred and why her father's palace and their kingdom was a land as dry as the wilderness

How did she a royal princess so loud and bold and a leader with boiling blood waiting to take her place

Just back of and sit down and cry this way ? What made her this person ??

She wondered as she bent her neck to have the royal pearls rolled and rubbed over them .
