As soon as Harry and his friends entered the Great Hall, Harry found Professor McGonagall waiting for him.

"Mr.Potter , as soon as the Opening feast is completed, Professor Dumbledore asked you to come to his office to discuss what happened on the train, Professor Lupin sent a Patronus message as soon as the event occurred. The password to the Guardian for the Headmaster's office is Cherry Drops. "

Harry agreed and sat down at the Ravenclaw table

and waited for the Sorting Ceremony to take place as he kept wondering about the goals he wanted to accomplish this year. He would have to complete a set of 13 rituals as well as convince Professor Flitwick to teach him Duelling as he wanted to participate in the U-18 ICW World Duelling Championship in France the next summer.

He was shook out of his musings when he heard Professor McGonagall call out " Artemis Black ", who was sorted into Gryffindor followed by her twin Nebula and Hyacinth who followed her into Gryffindor. Harry could see the pained expression on McGonagall face at the thought of having to deal with the twin daughter's of Sirius Black as well as the daughter of James Potter, all three of whom looked like pranksters for the next seven years and it looked like she was contemplating retirement.

Astoria was sorted into Ravenclaw much to Daphne's relief as she knew that she was too naive and trusting for the snake's pit and Malfoy may target her as he couldn't seem to be able to take a hint and leavebher alone leading to him being cursed at least once a week by Daphne.

As the feast wound down and the students dispersed, Harry made his way to Dumbledore's office.

- Inside Dumbledore's office -

Harry entered Dumbledore's office to find Dumbledore along with his mother Amelia and Professor McGonagall , Remus and Professor Flitwick.

Albus looked up from where he was petting Fawkes and saw Harry and said, " good evening Harry, I called you to tell us how you managed to destroy the Dementors? like we heard from Professor Lupin. This could prove to be vital information as the only other known method to destroy them is Fiendfyre which is very volatile and goes out of control very easily and more often than not in 99% of the cases it kills caster itself. That is why I called Amelia as she is the Head of the DMLE. "

Harry just looked at his mom and she said, " I was wondering what you had gotten up to that Professor Dumbledore floor called me , but imagine my surprise when I found out that my 13 year old son managed to destroy 3 Dementors without using Fiendfyre. Now would you care to tell us how you accomplished it. "

" You know how I learned to cast the Patronus charm from you this summer right? I tried a different approach, I used the emotion of intense love I felt for my family as Love was basically the antithesis to a Dementor and willed it to destroy the Dementors and released a massive amount of magic from my wand without using any incantation but imagining it as an avatar of an animal when a massive silver Thunderbird Patronus like being came into existence and destroyed the Dementors. I didn't use any incantation, one raw magic guided by my emotion and will. "

Dumbledore kept tugging his beared and said, " it is possible for that to happen, but it would require a level 5 Occlumens at the minimum with a very strong will and an enormous amount of magic to cast what you are describing. Harry would you demonstrate the magic cast in the train for us? "

Harry nodded and repeated the same process that he used in the train and the massive silver Thunderbird appeared, Professor Flitwick touched it and said, " Albus, it feels like it is made of very dense gasses and it shocked my hand when I tried to touch it. "

Professor Dumbledore looked at the Thunderbird for a few seconds and flicked his wand into his hand and released an enormous burst of magic from it which then took the form of a massive silvery Phoenix which appeared to be wreathed in silvery flames just like Harry's Thunderbird apparently to be wreathed in silvery sparks of lightning. Harry abruptly cut off his spell saying, " that is the maximum amount of time I can maintain it for, it drains a large amount of my magic to cast and maintain it," wiping his brow off the sweat formed due to holding such a complicated and powerful spell for so long and collapsed in a chair.

His mother approached him and fed him a big piece of chocolate and said, " I think that is enough for today sweetheart, why don't you go and take rest in your dorm. "

Harry tiredly nodded and kissed his mother's cheek and headed back to his room.

As soon as Harry left the room, Albus turned towards the other occcupants of the room and said, " What Harry accomplished today is incredible, this piece of magic costs as much mental concentration, willpower and Magic as Fiendfyre, that a new third year student came up with it and cast it perfectly at his will is nothing short of a miracle. "

Albus bade them all goodbye as he thought about the spell, Harry had given them a weapon to destroy Dementors and take away one of Lord Voldemort's most dangerous allies when he returned to full power, which Albus felt was now only a matter of time.

The next morning found Harry eating breakfast after finishing his magical practice and physical exercise in the Room of Requirements and ordering Rosey to buy a few ingredients he would need for his first ritual of the set of 13 rituals which

he would perform on the 21st of September on the Autumnal Equinox and his last ritual would be on the Spring equinox night in his fourth year, all of them on auspicious occasions, which are 8 in a year.

Samhain - October 31st

Winter Solstice - December 21st

Imbolc - February 1st

Spring Equinox - March 20 th

Beltane - May 1st

Summer Solstice - June 21st

Lughnasadh - August 1st

Autumnal equinox - September 21st.

The completion of all the 13 rituals would also force his magical core to undergo the 3 rd stabilising boost of magic on his 15 th birthday instead of on his 17 th birthday, which was an added bonus.

The first day of classes was boring for Harry who had long ago mastered all this material, the only interesting thing to happen was facing a boggart in Professor Lupin's class who had every student face a boggart alone with no one else in the class except the Professor so as to not embarass the students by their fears being showcased in front of their classmates , this was Harry's suggestion.

Harry's fear turned out to be his the death of his family and friends in front of his eyes and Harry not being able to stop it but he easily dispelled the boggart due to his advanced Occlumency. The rest of the classes were boring and Harry spent the classes working on advanced material.
