"Umbra… you're awake! How are you?" Alex said the moment he noticed that Umbra had his only eye open. "Good... Father what happened?" Umbra asked the last thing he could remember was that he and Isis was running away from the battle between Ide and his brother then suddenly he woke up here. "One of Ide's ice shards hit your eye. We were unable to save it because of the leaked Ice Qi. Missing memories make sense since a foreign Qi entered your body so close to your mind. Luckily you never forgot a lot." Alex said. "Now get ready, it doesn't matter if your injured you need to get to the ceremony as it will start soon."

"How long was i out for?" Umbra asked while getting off his bed.

"3 days, after this you will come to the auction with us and you will be able to buy whatever you want." His farther said with a smile while walking out of the room. 'Infinity display missions'

Umbra walked into an enormous hall. There were thousands of chairs arranged in circles with name cards on top of them Umbra walked around looking for his name. It was one of the 13 in the first circle. There was a pedestal with a clear orb in the middle. He sat down and on his left Isis was sitting there and when he sat down she said with a concerned face "Umbra! I was so worried about you the past few days. Are you alright?"

"There's no need to worry I'm alright!"

Umbra heard somebody laugh on his right. "So the Phoenix clan has fallen this much huh? Why do you have an eye patch on." the boy said.

"You are?" Umbra replied

"You don't know who...?" the boy said with a shocked impression

"Oh, I remember... that right you're irrelevant." Umbra said cutting the boy off. Isis started to laugh and the girl next the boy in question also started to laugh. "He the son of the Holy Sword Sect's Sect master Derk, I'm his twin sister Sasha let's all get along well shall we?"

"His name is Derk, what a stupid name!" Umbra said as he burst out laughing "I'm sorry, let's get along." He said after calming down. Everybody here was from the top ten strongest forces. While they were all conversing getting to know each other better when an old man that gave a powerful aura and the only person Umbra met whose aura could match this man was Umbra's grandfather. "Silence, I will be conducting the ceremony" he said, his voice echoed around the room. He spread his arms and pedestal with orbs on top appeared before everyone. He pointed at Derk and in the other circles behind different people appeared all pointing to the people behind Derk "You place your hand on the orb." Derk and everyone else behind him did the same. Derk's orb glowed Dark grey colour, then a deep blue colour. The old man looked at Derk "hmm you have the wind and water elements at the enlightenment level." The men behind Derk started to call out the elements of the people as well. Derk looked at Umbra as if saying 'try beating that' then it was Sasha's turn. Her affinities were the same as Derk. Then it was Umbra's turn. He placed his hand on the orb, a grey colour the same colour as Derk then and deep purple and then a deep purple and finally a dark red appeared then suddenly the orb cracked. The old man was surprised. "Hmm you have wind and lightning at the enlightenment level but you have fire at the… scared level." The Hall went silent this was the first time in a thousand years that somebody with an affinity of the scared level appeared.

"Next!" the old man said as he continued he looked at Isis. "It's your turn." Isis put her hand on the on the orb and a flash of cyan appeared before it exploded. "Sacred Ice" the old man screamed. The hall went back into silence. Who knows how long it has been since two people had a scared affinities were alive at the same time let alone both being the same age.
