2 Chapter 2: The day After tomorrow

James Pov:

Just as Aiden and I finished watching a weird cartoony thing that he has corrected me on as something called "anime" whatever that means.

But now im just here laying in his bed having the inability to fall alseep while Aiden fell alseep quite comfortably on my chest I might add. I look at Aidens sleeping form and think "The Gods I wish he can be mine and only mine" while I softly move a peice of hair out of his face I proceed too softly chant "Sit hic puer in manu mea, et bene sit apta, nihil mali erit tactus eum et aliqua quem tentare vadum have ut vado per me, per meum erit potestates sic mote sit"

I feel a surge of energy leave me and I feel it wrap around him forming a magickal bubble, I smirk pulling him closer to me slowly drifting off into a deep slumber.

Aidens Pov:

I wake up feeling my head on a hard yet soft object I open my eyes to see a chest I look up to see a sleeping James, I get up to go to the bathroom, procceding in my daily routine.

After I shower I find my blade holding it in my hand trying tofind a spot to cause sweet, glorious pain to myself, I begin to cut myself out of no where

I feel a presents next to me, I stop to look in the mirror to find a transparent James looking at me, my eyes go wide he grabes the blade out of my hand, I look in the room to see James still fast asleep, I look back to see James in the bathroom as well, I got into a panic while I wash off the blood that is now dripping off of my arm onto the floor.

His ghostly appearence frightens me to the point were I begin shakingly cover up my cuts with a long sleeve shirt, pair of tight skinny jeans, and a beanie. Looking at my self in the mirror I see the ghostly James dissapear while the sleeping James starts to wake up I clean up the floor quickly seeing James streaching, I flush the toilet paper used to clean the floor of blood I come out of the bathroom.

James Pov:

I wake up to the smell of fresh blood while I get up to stretch I see Aiden in a long sleeve shirt to cover up his cuts I think to myself "He doesn't know I know he cut himself as the spell I casted on him worked as I planned"

I look at him I give Aiden a small smile.

I say "How are you this morning?"

Aiden riposts "Im good just a bit tired is all"

I reply "Mhmm"

Aiden smiles innocently as I take out a cigarette lighting it while saying "I know you cut yourself while I was asleep"

Aidens eyes get big in shock stammering "H..h...how d...d...did y..y..you k..k...know?"

I chuckle riposting "I put a spell on you in you're sleep so when anyone tries to harm you they will have to go through me if im there with you or not and I smelled fresh blood when I awoke"

Aiden looks down  starting to break down into a heart wrenching sob, I go over to him holding Aiden whispering in his ear "shhhhhhh....its okay im not mad or upset....your okay.....your safe when im here no one will hurt you I promise"

Aiden just nods into my shoulder while clinging onto me like I would dissapear if he let go of me rocking him back and forth whispering sweet nothings into his ear slowly trying to clam him down.

James Pov:

After hours of holding and rocking Aiden back and forth reassuring him im here to protect him he fell asleep in my arms I put him in bed,

Practicing my Magicks I hear foot steps then a loud shout of a womens voice saying "AIDEN BABY MOMMY AND DADDY ARE HOME FROM OUR VOCATION!!"

I quickly hide myself using Shadowmancy now I am invisible to all around me right as the door flys open Aiden wakes up by quickly getting up being startled by his mother barging into his room he looks around for me seeing I am No where to be found him sighing.

Aidens Pov:

I wake up abruply from sleep by my mother barging into my room  I frantically look around for James to find him nowhere in sight I sigh saying to my mother "Hey mama how was the trip?"

She replys "Very well me and your Step-Father got married while we were away"

I rolle my eyes as I ripost sarcastically "Oh fuunn I hope he doesn't just want you for your money mom"

She replys rudely "Well maybe if you weren't such a good for nothing little spoiled brat you could see Christopher is a nice man...and you WILL treat him with respect now that he is my husband"

My mother walks out and annyoing doesn't close my door so I slam it shut.

I see James appear out of nowhere I begin to freak out exclaiming "Shit....where the fuck did you go and how the fuck did you just do what you just did?!"

James chuckles reying "Its called Shadowmancy were I manipulate shadows to hide me from anyone I wish to"

I stay silent as I am trying to wrap my head around what he jusy said to me

thinking to myself "What the fuck?!?,

I don't know wither to be afraid or curious about it" James comes closer to me he see's my inner conflictions wraping his arms around me pulling me closer to his body, I calm down feeling his body heat and dominant Aura.

James asks questionably " So that women who was going to pick you up yesterday wasnt your mom?"

I giggle and shake my head saying "Nope that was my older sister Kiela"

James just hummed and laid his head on my shoulder.
