The icy castle loomed before them, its towering spires shrouded in a blanket of pristine snow.

"Well, here we are." Vee adjusted the armor she'd put on for the occasion, simple plate mail. "Let's go ahead, shall we?" 

Vee and Mary stepped cautiously across the threshold, the crunch of their footsteps muffled by the frost-covered ground.

The air was frigid, each breath forming a cloud of vapor that hung in the stillness. Vee's breath condensed into wisps of white as she surveyed their surroundings, her gaze sharp and alert. Mary followed closely behind, her eyes scanning the shadows for any sign of danger.

As they ventured deeper into the frozen fortress, Vee turned to Mary, breaking the silence that enveloped them.

"When was the last time you took on a dungeon like this?" Vee's voice was calm, but there was an underlying tension in her tone.
