4 A New Transfer
It has been 4 days since they met the mysterious girl left, Now they are back in the capital of Sleozia Empire`s The Imperial Academy, having completed the test to become one of the elites of academy, now all four of them are elites of the academy they rank among the top students of the academy.
Imperial Academy is a very famous academy all around the world. It has a very rich history producing the most powerful swordsman and magician, just getting the admission in the academy guarantees you a successful future. The academy judges every student based on their skills not on their races and status, anyone can get the admission as long as they pass the test. Some of the most powerful magicians and swordsmen are part of their staff as teachers so it guarantees you of the finest education one can get. Minimum requirement to enter the academy is age of 10 year
The academy functions as an independent institution no noble or king is allowed to mess with the academy. They believe having outside influence will hinder their capabilities.
There are 4 stages in the academy for a student to graduate. Each lasting 2 years meaning one can graduate at the age of 18 and start working in a field of their choosing.
The 1st stage consists of basic education like reading, writing and basic knowledge which has a passing rate of 80%, 2nd stage is in skill development where students will choose what they want to pursue which has a passing rate of 60%.
The 3rd stage is solely focused on training and practical knowledge which has a passing rate of less than 30%, and the 4th stage is hardest to clear because in the 4th stage the student completed the designated number of missions and tasks allotted to them, which has a passing rate of 5%. There are cases where students get severely injured during the process of completing the task.
Only 7 out of 1000 students can clear the 4th stage. Each year only 1000 students are able to get admission into the academy.
But students are allowed to quit whenever they want and get certification of stage, they have cleared to look for a job
Now having passed 3rd stage, all four of them are in the 4th stage or last stage of their education where they have to complete the task/mission allotted to them.
It is the first day of their 4th stage education`s classes, they all are sitting in the classes for the first period to begin, there are a total of 19 sitting alongside them waiting for the classes to begin.
Then the door opened and a female professor entered the classroom, she was wearing a very revealing dress which attracted the attention of all the boys in the classroom. She got to the teacher's table and asked the student to begin their introduction.
One by one each student begins their introduction.
A girl stands up and begins her introduction "My name is Chaleo Aurobelle and I am studying to become a magician."
Then a boy stands up to begin his introduction "My name is Jaydan Viscount and I am aiming to become a swordsman."
Another boy stands up to begin his introduction "My name is Kyle Earnest and I am aiming to become a swordsman."
Another stands up to begin her introduction "My name is Isabelle Isabelle Griffiths Sleozia and I am aiming to become a magician for my country."
Then the professor begins her introduction "My name is Gracia Zenith and I will be your homeroom teacher, I am in charge of you guys for the next two so think of me as a friend and I will help in whatever ways possible for me."
After hearing her introduction the whole class become surprised and begin talking with each other then one of them stands up and asks in a loud exciting voice " Are you the same "Gracia Zenith" The one known as the master of magic and is one of the most powerful magicians in the whole world?"
Professor replied "Yeah, So what?"
Whole classes rushed to her ask for her autograph,
But she uses a wind spell to push all of them back and Shouts
"ALL OF YOU ARE USELESS BASTARD FOR ASKING ME TO GIVE YOU AUTOGRAPH, EACH OF ONE OF YOU IS MAGGOT AND YOU ARE USELESS RIGHT NOW, YOU CAN`T EVEN WITHSTAND ONE OF MY WIND SPELL, AND YOU GOT GUTS TO ASK FOR A AUTOGRAPH, HEAR ME THIS, IF YOU CAN PROVE YOURSELF TO ME THEN I WILL GIVE A AUTOGRAPH, PROVE ME YOU ARE WORTHY OF IT. YOU GOT 1 YEAR TO PROVE IT. IF YOU CAN`T THEN I WILL PERSONALLY SEND YOU GUYS TO THE ABYSS MYSELF."
All of them shouted at the same time "YES MA`AM, WE WILL DO AS YOU SAY" in a military cadet voice.
Gracia Said "If you guys are done then get back to your seats and we will start the first lecture."
All of them head back towards their seats and sit down.
And so the class begins their first classes solely focused on magic usage, Then their next class begins which is solely focused on swordsmanship.
In this world there are either swordsmen and magicians, People who have good affinity for magic choose to be magicians and the people who have good affinity weapons choose to be swordsmen.
The name swordsman may convey that they use the swords, but it is a category for people who are good with weapons and don't have a good affinity for magic but they can use various skills known as martial arts, so they choose it in order to become swordsman.
Swordsman class consists of following: -
1. Swordsman
2. Spear User
3. Archers
4. Tanks (Shield User)
Any other that uses weapons to fight
Magician Class Consists of Following: -
1. Healers
2. Attackers
3. Necromancer
4. Wizards
Any other that uses magic.
Some of the best magicians and swordsmen are on par with each other; if they ever fought with each other there might probably be no winner since both of them are as good as the other.
In Imperial academy both of them are taught at the same time it is important for a magician to know the weakness of the swordsman and swordsman to know the weakness of the magicians. Since they might probably go against each other or someone, so it is good to know the enemy`s weakness.
The swordsman uses what is called Aura to activate their skills.
The magicians use what is called Mana to activate magic.
The magicians don't possess the "Aura" and Swordsman don't possess the "Mana".
The people who possess either mana or aura are not common. Only some people are blessed with this gift.
It has been a week since their classes as 4th stage students began. Chaleo is standing at the front entrance of the academy waiting for her friend who is running a little late.
Soon Isabelle joined her and both of them started chatting about the incident in the forest from earlier.
Chaleo asks "Should we ask Gracia Sensei if it is possible to cast magic without chanting."
Isabelle replied "Maybe we should ask her but not directly."
Chaleo asked "What do you mean?"
Isabelle replied "Just think about it if we were to ask her directly, she will get suspicious about where that question comes from."
Chaleo replied "Now that I think about it, you are probably right if that were to happen then we don`t know what we should tell her. We can't possibly tell her about a young girl using magic without any chants."
Soon both Jayden and Kyle joined them.
Both ask "What are you girls talking about?"
Isabelle replied "Nothing much."
Jayden asked again "C`mon you can tell us?"
Isabelle replied "Before that mind explaining why both you guys are late, don`t tell me you are staring at other girls" and dodged the question.
Jayden and Kyle replied in a surprised expression "Where did that come from."
Chaleo intervenes and tells them to stop fighting and get going since they don`t stop it and they are going to be late for class.
They all began running towards the academy and barely managed to get into the class on time.
Soon the class bell rings indicating the start of the first lecture but something seems amiss.
Indeed, something is missing, their professor is nowhere to be seen.
It is the first time ever that a professor is running late for their class not to mention it is The Gracia Zenith who is running late.
It has been 20 mins since the first lecture bell. All the students are chatting and talking about what their plans for coming vacation are and some are asking them about their hobbies and things they like to do. Since it is first for them to get to know each other because before 4th stage they all are from different classes and never met each other.
Isabelle gets up and asks everyone to study instead of wasting their time and getting some work done while she goes to look for the professor.
As soon as she finishes the sentence The door of the classroom opens, and professor Gracia Zenith enters the classroom and asks everyone to sit down quietly.
Gracia formally apologized to everyone for being late for the class.
The students accepted her apology.
Then Gracia asks everyone to sit down quietly as she has an announcement to make.
The whole class begins to think about what will be the announcement.
Gracia said "Starting today their will be a new student who will be joining you guys and starts to begin study with all of you, I hope everyone will welcome the new student with open arms."
Some students started asking "how is that possible we are the top class and students of this academy and how can a student suddenly join us."
Another student also said "We have to complete the 6 years of study and after that we have to take exams to clear each stage and this student can suddenly join the 4th stage without going through all the stages."
Gracia said "it is not up to you guys who joins and who not, this is the decision of the Head of Imperial Academy, You can go against her if you like but I wonder if you have the guts."
Students replied "This is unfair."
Gracia once again said "You can do whatever you want or think whatever you want, but the decision will not be changed." And ask everyone to sit down quietly.
Gracia said "You can now enter the classroom and start to introduce yourself." To a person standing outside the door.
Soon the door opens and enters a beautiful girl, she has blonde hair and very cute looking with golden eyes, she was wearing a formal dress of Imperial Academy, She was holding a school bag and walking towards the black board and then stops.
She starts to introduce herself "Hello everyone, my name is Eliza Keith and It is my pleasure to meet all of you and I am looking forward to studying with you all."
