Azure and her aunt stepped into the magnificent building. The building was a a big white mansion with multiple exquisite paintings, that lined the halls of the mansion.

The gala was filled with numerous people, who were all wearing formal attire. The ballroom where the gala mainly took place, was filled with noise due to the multiple people chatting away.

This gala was held by a world-renounced fashion design named Sissy Burton, who just hit her 10 year mark in the fashion industry.

Sissy so happened to be good friends with Mia, leading to how Auntie got the tickets to such an extravagant event in the first place.

Azure scanned the entire room with a lazy eyes.

The room's architecture was absolutely unbelievable. The walls had symbols of roses in gold embedded in it. The floor was lined with clean white marble and overhead there was a huge dome-like roof with vines climbing up.

The room had tables lined up with food from all different types of chefs, all at the side of the place. Off on the other side of the room, there was a bar where people could order drinks at. Waiters and waitresses walked around offering samples and drinks to guest. A stage was set up at the very front of the of the party.

The stage had caught Azure's attention, not because it was slightly risen up but there was a pure-white piano that sat at the very center.

She shook her head and glanced away, focusing more on following her aunt.

It was late in the evening and Azure was very bored. Auntie had left her on her own, so she could find the Sissy. Azure didn't know what to do except wander around. Feeling as though the gala was getting more and more crowded, Azure stepped outside of the room to grab a breather. As she sat on a bench, she ended up overhearing a conversation between a host and his assistant.

"What should we do? How could the pianist bail on us at the last minute!" The host exclaimed in a frustrated tone.

"I-I-I don't k-know Mr.Lu, she just called in a moment ago to tell us that she would be absent." The assistant trembled.

"Well did you go and find a replacement?!" Mr.Lu questioned.

The assistant looked down and shook his head. He sadly replied, "I-I'm sorry M-M-Mr.Lu but n-no one was a-a-available."

Me.Lu massaged his temples clearly in distress and then when he looked up he noticed a gorgeous girl sitting at bench a couple of steps away from him.

He quickly walked up to her and asked, "Hey you, ya you. Do you know how to play piano and do you by any chance ?"

Azure nodded in reply.

Mr.Lu then asked, "May I ask you of a favor? Could you please be our replacement, you see our pianist wasn't able to make it and we are in dire need of a musician."

From hearing their conversation earlier, Azure could tell that the situation was really bad, she wanted to refuse but she couldn't bring herself to do so. Pondering for a few more seconds, Azure finally nodded her head.

Seeing her reply, Mr.Lu and his assistant were elated.

"Hurry, hurry your on in a two minutes!" Mr.Lu quickly ushered her away.
