Chapter 2

[C]Hello It's me Cato! I'm here with my first fanfic. It's an AU and Here's a few things to say before we get into the story. This is and older version of Marinette and she's not Ladybug in this. Instead Adrien is Chat (still no change there) and Someone else is Ladybug (surprise person will be announced later. Eventually Marinette will become Ladybug but I'm not gonna say how since I want you'll to be surprised. That's all I think so enjoy.

I looked at my mom, anxiety filling me up. I'm not one for anxiety but today was different. I was going to have my first ultrasound. I'd get to see the development of the baby and I was nervous. "Mom what's I look like during your first ultrasound?" I really hoped my mom could help give me pointers on what to expect.

"Well dear, I don't really remember since it's been around 18 years; but I do have some photos stored away somewhere. I'm sure when we get back I can show you." My mom looked at me and smiled, it makes sense she can't remember, but I still wish I could know.

"Can I see you phone mom? I forgot mine at home." I was hoping maybe I could look up what to expect. Since the internet offers a lot of information.

"Of course, here!" My mom exclaimed handing me her phone. I grabbed the phone out of her hand. Just as I was about to go on google to look it up; the doctor walked in. Oh great now I won't know what to expect. I took a heavy sigh, and handed my mom back her phone.

"Hello! Ms. Dupain-Cheng!" The doctor exclaimed obviously excited to see me. "I'm Dr. Drake and I'll be your Obstetrician (pregnancy doctor) and this is going to be a fun experience. I can tell!" Dr. Drake seems super enthusiastic so she must love her job. Then again she could be acting; I have never seen a doctor so happy. I smiled at her as she started asking me a bunch of questions.

"How has the pregnancy been going sickness wise?" Dr. Drake asked looking at her clipboard

"Pretty good actually. I rarely feel sick, and only feel nauseous occasionally." When I told the doctor that she smiled and continued her work.

"Any medical issues I should be aware of?" Dr. Drake asked writing something down.

"Not that I know of, No. My grandfather had breast cancer but that was due to him smoking for 40 years of his life." I replied not taking my eyes off the doctor.

"Okay I'm gonna be doing some blood test. To make sure your all healthy and good, so we'll get some nurses in after the ultrasound. I wouldn't recommend traveling due to your pregnancy. Also be alert for miscarriages and if you feel like anything is off come see me immediately." Dr. Drake told me in very firm voice.

"Yes ma'm." I replied stretching my arms in the air. I was really tired and ready to sleep.

"Okay, I'm going to be looking for a heartbeat so lay down and get comfortable." Dr. Drake added grabbing her stethoscope. I nodded and laid down getting comfortable.

Dr. Drake started feeling around looking for a heartbeat when she stated, "wow the heartbeat sounds perfect... wait I hear something else ANOTHER HEARTBEAT?!" Babies can't have two hearts right? "Congratulations Ms. Dupain-Cheng your having twins!" My face went dead shot as I realized what had just happened. I looked over at my mom who was now frozen in her seat; and I started to cry.

"TWINS?! I can't fit two babies in my apartment! How am I supposed to do this, I'm freaking out!!!" My mom looked at me smiled and hugged me tight.

"Shhhh... It's gonna be alright... your father and I will help; plus if you need extra space you can always move back in with us!" My mom suggested making me feel a little bit better. I dried up my tears, and for a moment I thought I can do this! I looked over at the doctor and smiled.

"Hey lets see the ultrasound l, I'm ready to see my babies!" I tried to sound enthusiastic since the doctors been nothing but kind. Dr. Drake nodded approvingly and started setting up the ultrasound.

By the time she finished I learned to new things. 1. Both babies are healthy, and 2. They are adorable, even in the womb! After the ultrasound sound I had to wait to get my blood drawn so I was still at the doctors for another 30 minutes.

By time I arrived back at my parents home, I walked in to find Adrianna and My Dad chatting away over coffee.

"Hey Gurl!!!" Adrianna yelled running up to me. I honestly thought she'd still be at work but remembered she never worked past 12. So she probably left shortly before me. "So... is it healthy?" Adrianna asked her eyes shining brightly.

"Actually they both are." I replied smirking seeing Adrianna go into shock before screaming.

"Your having TWINS!" She yelled before hugging me tight. "Oops sorry wasn't supposed to hug you that hard." Adrianna looked at me and smiled. I could tell she was excited. "We're baby shopping soon... right?" Adrianna was so happy I almost laughter at her positivity towards my pregnancy.

I looked over and could see my dad wide eyed, sitting on the couch, with my mom comforting him. Adrianna leaded me over to the couch and sat me down. She then say herself down and leaned her head on me.

"I'm going to spoil them so bad." Adrianna stayed out of the blue. I looked at her and glared. "What? I am..." I started laughing at what Adrianna has said. Her spoil my kids? As if. Then I remembered oh no, she's rich. She really can spoil my kids. "I'm also gonna spoil you!" You'll have the happiest pregnancy of all!" Adrianna claimed starting to massage my back. I sighed and gave in. Allowing her to pamper me.

After a few hours of bonding, I said goodbye to Adrianna and goodnight to my parents. I was exhausted and craving sleep. It was still say so my parents would probably be up for awhile. So I might want to shut the door, To close out all the noise.

I zombie walked up the stairs to my old bedroom, and tucked myself into bed. As soon as my head hit the pillow I was out. Instantly falling asleep.

"Tap, Tap, Tap!" I put my pillow over my face. I wasn't ready to wake up. More pounding was followed after the first taps tho. "Knock, Knock, KNOCK!" It was much louder this time and I finally gave in.

I made my way towards the window. Where the noise had came from, and rubbed my eyes. I had been expecting to see nothing but the wind, only to find Chat there instead. Giving me a goofy wide eyed smile and pointing at the locked window; asking to be let in.

How'd he know I was here? I thought he'd be looking for me at my apartment, well either way I should probably let him in. I sighed, "fffffiiiinnnneee!" And unlocked the window, allowing Chat into the room.

Chat hoped in and hugged me. "Hey princess, a little ladybug told me that your expecting, that their ours." Chat pulled away and looked down at me smiling as if he'd just won a billion bucks.
