It had never been such a brutal battle pertaining to the magical world on the scale of a full on war in millennia. The muggles may love their arts of war, but the Magical element preferred the form of single and duo duels.
So when Lucifer brought down the coalition army of the Crown, he set a never before seen precedent. Magic was devastating in war, but magic backed by thousands of muggles in vanguard?

So it did not surprise Lucifer that it only took fifteen minutes of havoc, before his imps and vikings had cut down, pierced and burnt every single soldier of the royal army. their souls already entering Lucifer Core in a steady stream.
Eleven thousand souls had entered his core, where a thousand of them were marked by his personal brand, meaning the souls of his subordinates. He nonchalantly directed those thousand into the Paradise he had forged, where they could truly relax and enjoy their afterlife.
Till he had use for them once again of course.
"It seems the battle has come to an end? the melodic voice of Lucifer shook everyone in the room back to reality, their attention having been focused upon the absolute slaughter that had taken place before them.
Helga and Rowena now secured into an Iron Maiden of Lucifers design, their arms and legs broken, with needles of steel through crucial acupuncture points in the body, preventing them from not only moving but also amassing enough concentration to command their magic.
Marvell sat on the floor, his eyes snapping from the window to the being responsible of avenging his father's death. His eyes steeling as he raised himself from the floor. "You mentioned my family betraying father?"
Lucifer´s eyes narrowed in thought as he responded "Indeed, am I to assume that you wish for me to spare them?" his form seemingly relaxed as he still stood leaning against the window frame.
Marvell fervently shook his head, his eyes looking almost panicked at the thought of the being before him assuming he would defy its decree. Especially when the subject in question er the very people responsible for his fathers fall.
"I would never be as presumptuous nor naive enough to wish for mercy upon such filth, all I dare wish of you, my lord" his eyes met the cruel crimson eyes of the Demon Lord,, "Is for you to get in contact with a rival family of ours, The Blacks recently established themselves in London, and they would no doubt prostrate themselves before you, doing anything you wish to destroy the current Slytherins!"
Lucifer slightly hymned in thought, a beautiful melody in contrast to the subject of his thoughts `The Blacks huh? They are most definitely a dark family, and have existed for the past century. So established enough to be noticed, but not enough to be satisfied.`
He leaned off the frame as he stepped closer to Marvell "Then you shall summon them here, in the meantime, I will set the roots in England before my little dynasty expands" A vicious smile taking over his countenance as he disappeared in a thrum of power.
Leaving the legacy of his late mentor gobsmacked at the strange form of apparition he demonstrated, "Fuck me..."

Lucifer Appeared back above the Temporary Pillar he had used to transport his troops, his appearance alerting the troops of his presence, as indicated by the imps swiftly assembling before him.
He ignored them as they lined up before him in the thousands, his robe fluttering in the wind as he took in the absolute devastation of the battlefield before him. Fires and floods warred among the corpses of the anglo Saxons, the ground twisted in countless shapes and sizes from his imps battle transfiguration and crates of their more volatile spells.
NOTE; a close friend tried committing suicide on New Year's Eve, I've since been running around completing a lot of things that needs to be done as he has been admitted to a psychiatric ward.
