Defeating Max
Travis immediately launched himself at Max when he was near enough. Using the sword, he made a vertical slash at Max. However, never in Travis's life did he know that the latter would do something as foolish as a return with his own attack.
And his form of attack was none other than punching back at Travis' sword. Yes, he wasn't aiming at Travis but rather the sword in his hand. Didn't he know that he would get hurt if he decided to punch a lightning blade with his hands?
As far as Travis knew, lightning blades were said to be the second sharpest attack which even cut through space itself! Obviously, Max deciding to punch a lightning blade was definitely bad no matter how you looked at it.
"Crap!"
Travis cursed as he looked closer. Around Max's hands was a light green glow. Seeing that, Travis immediately understood Max's plan. However, he knew that it was already too late and there was nothing he could do about it apart from protecting himself.
