3 The awakening

Zafriel — Askall, stop, don't think like that !

Suddenly a loud sound was coming from the opposite part of the village and the sign that Askall had on his hand started to glow.

Zafriel — What happen, what was that sound ?

Villager#1 – We saw some things !

Zafriel / Askall — Some things?

Askall — What things?

Villager#2 — Like monster that were looking at us

Zafriel — Okay, but that doesn't explain the sound, what was that?

Villager#1 — That boulder over there, felt from the sky.

Zafriel started to inspect the boulder while Askall asked the villagers more things about these " monsters " they saw. After some minutes, Zafriel realized that is not a regular boulder, some magic could've been seen by him on a part of the boulder.

Udual — You got a bad aiming for a muscle head like you.

Agob — Shut up, I was doing exercises and it's not my problem that boulder you made was that light. Anyway, what was with that boulder, why I had to throw it in their village?

Udual — Let's just say.. That I left a little gift for that kid.

Agob — A little gift? What do you mean.

Udual — you will see.

Zafriel and Askall started to think who could threw this boulder, it doesn't look that light to be thrown by an ordinary monster, it must have been something terrifyingly.. Something big and powerful, hopefully it will never attack the village.

Zafriel — Askall, let's head back to orphanage.. I'll explain about that thing on your arm tomorrow, once for ever.. I promise.

Askall — If you promise Zafriel.. Then let's head back to orphanage.

Fethelys was passing by that place, but the boulder started cracking, wondering why it started cracked she touched.. The boulder have break in tiny pieces, but in the middle of broken piece, there was a ring, a beautiful ring made out of gold with a big gem on it.

When she touched it, a creature become to whisper in her ear.

Creature — Are.. You the... Child of sin?

Fethelys — Child of sin? No, I'm not.

Creature — Then you shall do what I say !

Fethelys — I shall do what you say, master.

The day has passed, Zafriel had to explain why Askall had a sign on his hand and what it is.

He tried to tell him that the sign it's just a tatto, Askall didn't get it, he knew that Zafriel was lying about his sign on the hand. Zafriel didn't have choice just to tell him the real truth about it. He put Askall to get off the rag that he had on the other hand just to reveal the second sign, now Askall was more confused than anytime. Zafriel told him that those signs, were the last thing that his mother and his dad left to him, as a gift made by them, but he could only get it by killing someone important for his life, some that helped him to make his mind stronger.

Askall — So.. To get the first and last gift, from my mom and dad.. I have to kill someone important to me ?.. hah.. It seems that I will never get it..

Zafriel — Why do you say that, Askall?

Askall — I don't have someone important in my life, not even you.. after the lies you told me when I was little.

Zafriel — Askall...

Askall — I'm sorry Zafriel, I have to go.. Oh, hi Fethelys, what are you doing with that knife?

Creature " whispering in Fethelys ear " — I can feel him.. I can feel the CHILD OF SIN ! He is.. He's the child of sin ! KILL HIM.

Fethelys tried to stab Askall with her knife, but Askall dodged in time.

Askall — Fethelys, what are you doing ?!

Fethelys — My master.. MY MASTER WANT YOU DEAD !

Askall — Your master? What are you talking about?

Zafriel — Askall look, that ring. She didn't have that ring before

Askall — That ring? What's with it. It looks like an ordinary one to me.

Zafriel — I wish that. But that ring has a demon inside. A demon that can control the host, only those with angelic powers can control him. If we don't kill Fethelys, the ring will consume hear releasing the demon inside...

Askall — To kill her? We can't do that ! We can't kill Fethelys ! Please.. Tell me that we have another way.

Zafriel — It is.. But in the both ways... she's dying.

When Askall heard that he need to kill Fethelys he started losing in his emotions not knowing what is right and what is bad. Memories started to show back when Fethelys helped Askall, and then he started to lose himself.

Suddenly Askall signs started to glow brighten and brighten and brighten untill everyone was blinded by their brightness.

When they opened their eyes, they saw 2 pistols. One with red and black, like a demon would be and one with white and blue, like a pure angel would be

When Askall grabbed the 2 pistols, he wasn't looking like before, he was like a new person, a person that Zafriel never saw before nor Fethelys. With white hair, red eyes and a face that everyone should fear, Askall was a demon, but in the same time he had an aura of an angel.

He was like a killer with cold blood eyes and an expression that can give nightmares even to the bravest demon. He was just like a puppet with killing intentions, everything he knew was just to kill the one that is treading him. But the human part of Askall that was still awake it was hearing Fethelys crying and screaming "Don't kill me, I was a fool touching that ring, please don't kill me ".

The new Askall started to open his mouth and started to speak

Askall — Who should I kill.. Who's threatening me?.. Is it you? *looking at Zafriel* Or is it you? * looking at Fethelys? Oh, what's this smell, this smell. This smell is of a demon. A weak one.

Creature — A WEAK ONE? How dare you talk to me like that you MONGREL ?

Askall — Mongrel you said?..

Creature — You ! Useless piece of meat, kill him !

Fethelys tried to stab him again, after she tried. In a moment Fethelys fainted down to the floor with a bullet hole in her head.

Askall — What a weak human.

After what Zafriel witness what happen with the boy he stopped thinking and acted quick and with a single blow he put Askall down. Then his hair started to be black again, his signs have retrieved on his hand, his eyes went back to black color and his face wasn't that terrifying anymore.

Knowing that the boulder will create some damage, the two angels where on the way to the village to see if something had happened there.

Udual — It seems that the demons inside the ring wasn't strong enough or didn't get a human that's stronger, what a waste of time.

Agob — How do you know that ?

Udual — I felt it, you idiot, remember? The boulder I created and the ring I fused with my magic?

Agob — Oh yeah... but it not a waste of time.

Udual — It wasn't?

Agob — No it wasn't, I felt a familiar aura that annihilated the stronger one.

Udual — You did? I'm surprised, good job ! Whose aura was?

Agob — Shut up weak ass, it was Zafriel, the fallen angel.
