End of the Third Year

It was the last Breakfast at Hogwarts, and the gang sat at the table in silence.

"I'm sorry, Harry," Tiberius spoke

"And I'm sorry for allowing it, Harry," Neville added.

Harry tried to hide his smile, "It's fine. I ended things with her. She's her own woman and she can do as she likes."

"Haa, maybe with you.." Tiberius commented, and Harry scoffed

"I heard you forfeit the finals?" Neville changed the subject.

"I had to. I was destroyed, and my team couldn't handle Ugadou. So I settled for Second Place. But I'm currently in talks with the Ugadou headmaster. I want to see if I can learn their ways. They're extremely powerful and learned. Do you know they have more than one animagus form, and they use wandless magic in a way Dumbledore could never" Said Tiberius

"Rubbish. That's impossible."

"It's the truth. Hell, even Durmstrang is a league above use. Brittian is drastically falling behind in battle power. If we went to war, the only chance we would have is defecting. But a lot of the European countries and America are in the same boat. We rely on the wand too much."

Everyone except Cho, Hermione, and Romilda was gobsmacked. They had been present at the tournaments and saw the vast world of magic.

"Yupp, most of what other countries do is outlawed here. The ministry is stripping our power out of fear of another Dark Lord emerging." Tiberius added before he drained his cup.

"Okay, okay, we can talk about all that another time. It's the end of the year, and it's time," said Neilleve.

Tiberius sighed. "Miss Brown?" he asked.

"It's all good, Rius," Neville replied, and Lavender Brown put on big smile and hugged his arm.

Tiberius smiled and turned to Harry. "Miss Lovegood?"

Harry nodded, and Tiberius proceeded to put up privacy wards.

They all recapped their parts of the year and their newest acquisitions. Harry talked about his taking of House Prewett and his engagement to Ginny, Lovegood, and her family paper. Harry also mentioned that Luna's mother was an Unspeakable in the Department of Mysteries. Finally, Harry ended with the freedom of Sirius black. Which freed him to further his work during the summer as he no longer had to live with his Muggle family.

Ginny smiled with Pride. Potter had put in serious work for the year. He then dropped the bad news that the Weasley will not be an ally and have to be subjugated when the time was right. The table looked at Ginny, and her smile remained without the slightest twitch.

Neville talked about his successful merger between the two alliances by way of his engagement with Susan Bones. He had been doing experimental potions and was close to a few successes though he refrained from naming them as they weren't finished. He had also been experimenting with magical creature parts to get new and better results. He then told of his new agreement with Professor Sprout and would be starting a herbology club to find allies and lay the foundation for their research and development branch.

Tiberius then kept it simple by using Hogwarts' funds to create battle suits identical to the dueling uniform but created with extra perks and meant for real battle. The dueling team was under his control and would act as a special operations team in the war. He then talked about his new relationship with Cho Chang and its many benefits, such as information on the upcoming Triwizard tournament that required international papers for Durmstang and Beauxbaton students to stay at Hogwarts a whole school year.

"I say we did well this year. Stay frosty, and don't get fat and slow this summer. If you need assistance in your training, send me an owl. Or a Patronus since we can all produce one now. I'm throwing myself a birthday party next month. I'll send you all an invitation. And don't look for me next week, I have a dueling banquet. I'll see you gentlemen at the world cup. You ladies, enjoy your summer." Tiberius then left the great hall. Hermione, Romilda, and Cho followed. Emma was waiting for them at the Hogwarts' gate with their bags and a portkey.

"Cho, you are gorgeous, and I wish to do many things to you. But I do not trust you. Unlike Potter, I don't care who you abuse. It might not look like it, but Hermione and Romilda are the same as you. Just ask Emma. She's the family pet." Tiberius spoke to Cho.

Cho looked at Emma, and blazing excitement filled her body.

"A magical contract will be drafted, and you will sign it. If you refuse, that will be the end of this relationship, Your mother's career, and you will be obliviated." Tiberius added.

"Why didn't you just leave me out of that meeting?" Cho asked.

"Then potter would think you're fair game, and I refuse to let him waste all of the great, dark and nasty things about you."

"I accept." said Cho, " And you can direct him towards Katie Bell. That should quench his thirst," she smirked.

"Haha, he'll be fine." Tiberius and company then used a port key to get to Shafiq Manor.

After a magical contract was drawn up by Abigail, Cho signed and then sent an owl to her parents.

Tiberius was extremely honest about her place. Cho got fame and power, and he got another submissive and an important ally in the Ministry of Magic.

When her place as a consort to be was established. She stayed at the manor.

"What do we do here?" Asked Cho.

"It all depends. Most of the time, I'm completely unreasonable and overbearing. But I like those I care about to be happy. Combat and magical training are a must for your protection. That way I know you can handle yourself without me. That doesn't mean I stop protecting you. You're mine, and I cherish that. But I would like to know your ambitions. In these walls, the sky's the limit. Here you live your darkest fantasy and more."

Cho became extremely excited. Her mind ran rampant, and she couldn't help but look at Tiberius and the girls next to him differently. At Hogwarts, the students whisper about Hermione and Romilda, mindless clock slaves for Lord Emrys to do with as he pleased. Rabid bitches that bite and bark at anyone who's not Tiberius. She thought Tiberius was another young lord looking to enact his teenage fantasy on her and display his dominance.

Not that she minds, but for the first time, she saw something different in his eyes. A fire that gave her hope of a future that held more than what she settled for. Just a consort for political gain was good enough for her parents but she wanted more. If Tiberius truly loved and cherished his things. She realized that she might actually find a dominus and lover in the same man without cutting pieces of herself off to please him.

"You lords are all the same. The moment I take on a life of my own. You'll force me to cannibalize myself. You're just the lesser evil of what my mother would have found for me." said Cho.

"Relax, I'm serious. How about you spend a couple of days so Mione and Millie. I have some stuff I need to do. If you feel comfortable exploring your interest. Just let Noksby know, and he'll get you what you need."

Cho looked at him with a little disbelief, "where are you going?" She asked

Tiberius chuckled. "You don't know how to feel about me, do you? Well, that's alright. And once we build something of this relationship then I'll tell you every detail behind my actions."

Tiberius left the girls to their own devices and went to talk to Noksby.

"I heard some rumors while we were in the Dueling Circuit. It was a bit odd but I thought I'll check it out and then I plan to head to Scandinavia to talk to Krum. You are to keep me up to date about the going on's in these walls...

Cho also likes to fly, keep an eye and let her know the heights of the wards. If she needs anything, you tell me before you retrieve it. Hermione is in charge."

Noksby bowed. "Yes, Master Emrys. Master, Noksby wants to know if Master could help Dobby. He wishes to serve the young Heir Potter. Dobby now serves bad man Malfoy."

Tiberius took out a parchment and wrote a note to Andromeda. "Take this to Lady Tonks of House Black."

Later, Tiberius was packing his things when Hermione knocked on the door. She climbed onto the bed and laid back.

"So why Cho?" she asked.

"Why not?" Tiberius replied with a question of his own.

She gave him a deadpanned look. " From what I found out, the Changs only look out for the Changs. Cho Chang herself was a disappointment simply because she would rather play Quidditch than perform her womanly duties and find a husband. Millie and I both have our problems. And it's okay that Cho has problems. The more time she spends with you and has your affection she'll blossom like we did. But she's been in Hogwarts for four years...

She's set in her ways with a horrible foundation and because she's been lashing out, she's burned many bridges except for the useless ones. This is all on top of the fact that I think she doesn't even know how to focus on her own wants and as a result. Has no magical discipline."

" She's a Ravenclaw for a reason. She craves for something more. Be her sister and help her. As for Emma, her punishment is up. If any of her past antics towards Millie start to resurface…" Tiberius was then interrupted by Hermione.

"I know what to do. And I told my parents they should stay in the muggle world this summer. With Cho here and thinking about the Vanes and last year--"

"I trust your judgment, Mione. Your tendency to be preemptive has become extremely refined. Your cunningness shows, and it shines beautifully bright. You are still headstrong and incredibly independent, but you just seem more complete…" Tiberius stopped packing and laid back next to Hermione.

"Dueling circuit was a good idea. Loved traveling with you even though we were pretty beaten up on the way back. But Castlebroxo, Ugadou, hell even the Chamber of Secrets and that fucked up corridor that hid the Philosopher's Stone. All of them changed me. It opened my eyes to the dangers in the world. From the moment we met, your very existence did something to me, Rius. And I don't want to go back to the days when I didn't have you in my life… that feeling of loneliness and being intentionally isolated because. People were jealous of my intellect or bullied me just because I let them….

You except me like this, all of me, even the darkest parts that I repressed. You wrenched them out of me and showed me that both sides of my person was more than worthy of love."

Tiberius just smiled as he listened to Hermione. She was expressive, honest.

"I… I'm feeling so many emotions right, but the only ones that matter right now are love. I love you, Rius." Hermione confessed and Tiberius responded by pulling her into a hug.
