3 Chapter 2

Vius hugged Myra tightly. Chen Mimi couldn't help but feel loved. She remembered how growing up as a single child in a rich family with parents that were always travelling for business, she never had the luxury of having someone tightly embrace her. She unconsciously hugged Vius back.

Void couldn't help but smile. His younger sister had always been like this. Even though she loved to be hugged, she pretended to be tough and always got shy when he hugged her. Sometimes, he wished she wasn't so mature.

"Myra, don't you want pappi to hug you too? It's unfair how you always hug Viu only." The man outside sulked, irritated at how close the siblings were.

Chen Mimi blushed. She slowly released her hold.on Vius and gradually made her way outside the cramped room to her pappi's side.

Bard laughed heartily as he picked up his younger daughter, softly hugging the fragile child.

"My daughter is so cute." Bard chuckled as he snuggled on Myra's tummy.

Chen Mimi giggled on reflex. Her pappi's nose softly tickled her stomach.

"Shtop!" Myra giggled, trying her best to breakaway from her pappi's hold.

Bard only snuggled even tighter, making Myra giggle even harder. Soon, the father and daughter were laughing merrily together.

Vius smiled at the side, just glad to see his younger sister so happy.

"Alright pappi. Myra needs to sleep now. And so do you." Vius softly reminded Bard. He had to remind him so that Mami wouldn't get angry in the morning.

Bard frowned. He then sighed softly as he put down his daughter, softly laying her down in the small room.

"Pappi has to go back now, Myra. I'll see you tomorrow, okay?"

Chen Mimi nodded to Bard, her head a bit confused as she slowly absorbed the information about Myra and her family.

"You better get to bed soon too, okay, little kiddo?" Bard ruffled Vius' hair as he left, slowly making his way to a room with a soft green door.

Vius was annoyed at his father's actions. He quickly straighten his hair as he crawled into the small room, turning the already small room into a cramped space.

"I'll sleep with you for a bit, okay?" Vius smiled at Myra as he softly folded her into his arms. He did it in such a natural and practiced way that made it obvious that he did it often. The cramped room immediately became more spacious.

Chen Mimi just softly laid her head on Vius' chest, her eyes drifting to a close as she finally felt at peace.

"Myra. That's me now. I'm not Chen Mimi anymore. And I'm not 15 right now. " Chen Mimi thought to herself.

A sense of melancholy washed over Chen Mimi. She still couldn't accept that she was dead. The fact that the way she died was so lame just made her even more dissatisfied.

Soft tears slowly made its way to her eyes, causing the dry shirt of Vius to become damp.

Vius, who has barely seen Myra cried ever since she was 3 years old, was stunned. He was at a loss as he stared at his younger sister slowly bowling her eyes out.

In the end, Vius ended up sleeping with Myra in the small room.
