2 Chapter 1

The world was dark. Chen Mimi could feel a throbbing headache as she slowly opened her eyes to the dark room.

"Where am I?"

Chen Mimi felt around the place but her body was weak. She could not even move her arms. As she laid on the hard ground, she could see that the room was so small that it was barely big enough for her alone.

Could it be that I was kidnapped?!

Chen Mimi started to panic. What was going to happen to her now? Could one of her admirers suddenly turned yandere and decided to lock her up for life. Chen Mimi was scared at the thought. It's not easy to be beautiful ah~

As she tried to move her body, a quick pain suddenly seared through her brain. Chen Mimi cried out in pain. She was not used to experiencing such intense pain.

"Pappi..." Chen Mimi wailed unconsciously, shocking even herself.

Pappi?

It was then that Chen Mimi became dizzy. Her head was filled with information about herself.

Chen Mimi, in her dizziness and pain, started to claw at the soft thin cloth underneath.

"AHHHHHHHHHH!"

The door quickly swung open. A kid, barely ten years of age quickly rushed to Chen Mimi, holding her softly in his embrace.

"Shhhh... It's okay, Myra. Viu is here. Shhhh..." the calming voice managed to pacify Chen Mimi. She unconsciously gripped at the boy, finding his body heat to be calming.

As the pain and dizziness in Chen Mimi's head subside, she managed to understand what was happening.

She was not Chen Mimi anymore, but a five year old girl named Myra. And the person she was hugging was her elder brother, Vius.

"Is everything all right, Viu? Is your baby sister okay?" A low voice asked.

Myra recognised this as the voice of her father, Bard, or what she calls Pappi.

"Yup. It seems so. Myra has calmed down now." Void replied as he stroked Myra's back softly.

Chen Mimi buried her head in Vius' chest. She couldn't believe that a 15 year old like her would have to find comfort in the embrace of a ten year old. She would have been the joke of the school for months.

Only....

There was no more school for Chen Mimi. She knew that as Myra, she would never have a chance to study since that was the privilege for rich and wealthy. Now that she reincarnated into a village girl, all she could do was learn how to farm and bring up livestock. That is if she lived up to the age of 15, the age where children became adults in this world.

Chen Mimi was frustrated. Weren't usually the people who retain their memory after reincarnation the ones who had some sort of cheat. And even if she didn't have any cheat, then shouldn't she at least of noble upbringing? What's with this half ass reincarnation!
