20 Kang Le and Yun Hee

A week passed like it was just a moment of sleep and it is already the time for •Empress General• to shoot its first episode. The atmosphere at the filming site is very lively as everyone gets along very well but the noise suddenly stopped as Director Qiang Li and Yi Jun appeared. Director Qiang Li is known in the industry to be a kind and approachable, however he is different when it comes to his work, he is very serious and scary. The staffs and actors hastily greeted the two.

"Good morning Director Qiang, Sir Yi."

Yi Jun chuckled at their faces that looks like they are constipated.

"You don't need to get so nervous guys, it's just me and this old man here."

He patted Qiang Li's shoulder and smile at everyone which the director replied with a silent glare. Yi Jun continue to smile and smugly said to the people present.

"See? This old man here can't do anything to you with me here."

Everyone heaved a sigh of relief and their nervous feeling eased quite a bit.

"Where is Kang Le?"

Director Qiang just asked when a warm voice sounded behind him. The man is tall, almost six feet tall. His skin is very white, like a snow, his handsome face has a very gentle features for a man but you can't mistake him as a woman in it. He was dressed in a simple white shirt with a white pants and shoes. His aura gives you that sunny and gentle feeling, like a scholar that makes the ancient ladies fall for their handsomeness in the past. He is known as the 'National Husband' of Arinea, the number 1 actor Arinean women want to marry, Film Emperor Kang Le. He is a King Star and occupy the fifteenth (15) position.

"Apologies for being late Director."

Kang Le said so with sincere voice so Qiang Li just accepted it and let the people prepare.

"Tsk, pretentious!"

Said a woman that is just sitting alone in a chair. The woman is very beautiful, she's not that tall and instead belong into the petite type of women. She has that aggressive kind of beauty, one that can intimidate men and women just by her looks alone. She is wearing a black dress of a famous luxury brand, making her flawless skin even whiter, she didn't tie her hair and just simply lying on her back. Her looks was completed with a long black heels, appearing a lot like a little noble lady. She is Film Queen Yun Hee, also a Queen Star occupying the top 8 position.

Everyone did their task silently but their ears are listening expectantly, that's a gossip about a Film Queen and King, they cannot miss it!

"What are you talking about Miss Yun?"

Kang Le responded, while maintaining that gentle smile on his lips. He looks to the woman, the arch on his lips became even higher but no one noticed it.

"Nothing, I just don't like you, as simple as that."

She left to change into her costume after saying those words.

'Film Queen Yun Hee was raised like a princess in the family so it's no wonder that she's so direct in her actions and words, not afraid to offend someone.'

The staffs who heard everything thought.

Ming Yue and Bai Xiu Lan observed everything that happened with pure concentration.

"What do you think Yueyue?'

Bai Xiu Lan curiously asked her bestfriend. Base on the things that happened earlier, she conclude that there's something wrong with Kang Le, she can't pinpoint what it is, but her instinct tingles when she saw Kang Le.

Ming Yue prepared to answer when someone called their names.

"Yueyue, Lanlan! Director called the two of you, your scenes is coming."

"Thank you sister Lin."

The two thanked the kind make-up artist which is named, Mei Lin. Mei Lin has a short stature and beautiful caramel-like skin, she's a little on the chubby side. Her make-up skill is a real deal, and she's also very kind. That is why Ming Yue and Bai Xiu Lan got along with her very well.

Lin Chu woke up with sweats covering her entire body. Her body shivers as she remember the horror of watching her loved ones being killed as well as the burning anger that she carried until she died not knowing who are the masterminds behind the war.

'What, I died?!'

She pinched her skin hardly and felt the pain of being alive. She hastily stood up and observed her surroundings, then a familiar yet unfamiliar room entered her sight. The clean and beautifully decorated room that clearly differs from her usual shelter which is just a wooden hut inside the forest.

'This, isn't this my room before I married?!'

'Is this a dream?!'

Tons of questions entered her mind but without answers untill two slender figures entered the room. The two looks to be twelve to thirteen years old, the one on the right is wearing a simple white robe while the other on the left is wearing a pink one. The former looks cold but the worry in her eyes cannot be concealed as she look at her mistress, the latter have a more gentle look on her and her expression too, expressed worry by the sudden noise her mistress made.

"Feng Lian, Feng Lien?"

Lin Chu suddenly called and hug her two trusted aide. She saw them being killed while protecting her and her husband. She was so devastated that time, seeing everyone getting killed but she didn't have any strength to fight.

Past and present mixed together as her mind became even more clearer and sharper than before. She was reborn! Heaven didn't abandoned her and gave her a second chance! She must not waste this chance that heaven blessed me with.

I, Lin Chu will kill those who harmed and killed my family! I will get the justice that I did not managed to get in the past!

Everyone responded with a lively voices.

Director Qiang looks in the direction of Ming Yue and Bai Xiu Lan.

"You two did a great job for a newbie."

He really didn't expect that the two actresses that his friend Yi Jun recommended was this excellent. The two answered humbly, making his impression reaches a new height.

'With great personality and talent, they would surely be successful if nothing happens.'

He silently thought.

The sky already darkens as everyone leave one by one.
