Second Male Lead

Shi Piao Yun stretched her tall body and blinked her eyes a few times to clear it from the mist of sleep she stared at her celing for some strange reason a feeling of elation was bubling up inside her.

Maybe it was the fact that she was finnaly free. She hadn't realized how stressful it was putting actual effort into dating someone. Did she regret spending two years of her life, spending that said effort on a yes man?

Deffinetly but atleast now she knew what she didnt want in her future boyfriend. Yes boyfriend she certainly wasn't getting married in this lifetime despite how well Lu Chen treated her she had felt trapped by his expectations as well as her grandmothers.

She knew her grandmother only wanted what's best for her however as an accomplished business woman she knew marriage just wasnt it.

She needed to be free and unconstrained not restricted and shackled. Shi Piao Yun signed and reached over to her bed side table to grab her phone. Today would be the last posting of one of the more annoying novels she had read so far. The only reason she kept reading was because the second male lead was her kind of man.

Someone powerful that never lowered his head in the face of adversity knew how to dominate yet only showed his gentle side to the woman he truly loved. Shi Piao Yun was a possessive woman she had never liked the fact that Lu Chen was nice to every girl he met, he was hers after all his gentleness and kindness should only be reserved for her.

She also didn't like how people could trample over Lu Chen so easily there were times she had had to stand up for him, which made her feel like she was dating another woman yes she wanted a wife slave but she didn't want a man that was more woman than her.

Shi Piao Yun considered the female lead in The Prince's cute wife to be stupid she fell for the cold elegant prince instead of the hot blooded general, the man could make a woman's toes curl.

Shi Piao Yun eagerly read through the final chapter of The Prince's Cute Wife only to throw her phone across her room. She glared furiously at the offending object laying on the ground she didnt know whether she wanted to email the author and ask her what the hell she was thinking or simply strangle the woman out right.

How could she kill off her beloved general for that dumb woman? Why did all female leads have to suffer fron female lead syndrome and get themselves kidnapped.

And it wasn't even the male lead that saved her this time it was the second male lead who ended up getting stabbed in the back while helping her escape.

And all the female lead did was cry over his dead body for like two minutes before the male lead arived a few minutes to late as usual, and fell into his arms to grieve over there lost friend. After that the male lead also known as the third prince managed to win the throan from his brothers and they lived hapily ever after.

Shi Piao Yun got up from her bed to make herself a bowl of noodles if she had known the novel would end like that she would have never read it the only reason she kept reading it despite the fact that the novel was going down hill was for the second male lead.

She shook her head and decided to throw thoughts of the novel to the back of her mind instead she switched on her television while making herself comfortable in bed, all the while switching from channel to channel there was nothing on. She picked up her bowl of noodles and slurps it up quickly.

Despite there being nothing on tv she still enjoyed her night there was nothing like noodles and tv to fill her night with comfort. Soon she grew drowsy, her eyes starting to loose focus as her lids slowly closed.
