14 Memories - Part 2

"Did you guys hear about Tony? Oh my gosh, he's just the best." Sanders could hear the girls in front of him talk about.

Why should they even care about that? They should be worried about the disease that could have been spreading, he shuttered, as the teacher came around to collect the day's homework.

"I heard that Tony still single. He's going to be my boyfriend." One of the girls continued to snicker, causing the girls to laugh at the thought.

"You guys should be worried about what's happening around you, instead of some retarded boy!" Sanders shouted, having enough.

The class was silent, as they all stared at him, surprised that he even would speak up. They just knew him as the quiet kid, keeping to himself, no friends, and honestly, no one really cared. Not even the teachers.

"There's something spreading, and we should be paying attention to that, and getting our lives together." Sanders added, "We could be in danger!"

The class just stayed silent for a few more moments, no one making a sound. That was until another boy in the class coughed in the air, before speaking.

"After everything we just heard you say, I gotta ask, who are you again?" the boy smiled back at him.

The result had the class erupting in laughter, as Sanders just watched in shock. There's no way no one believed him. The sight made him clench his fists, as he slammed it on his desk.

"Heh, you know what." Sanders began to laugh with them, looking down, "When you all die, I won't feel bad at all."

That response caused some gasps, and even one person to start tearing up quickly. Even the teacher was shocked before getting up.

"Sanders Tomsah, go to the principal's office right now. They'll deal with you over there." she pointed towards the door.

Not even looking at the class, he grabbed his belongings and walked towards the front of the class, his head holding high. As he reached for the door handle, he turned around to look at the entire room, before sticking out his middle finger and continuing his way to the office. If they wanted what's coming for them, so be it, he grinned to himself, as he continued his walk to meet his consequence.
