2 Chapter 2: Meeting Oliver Irigashi

Darren was lost in the forest, he walk up to a tree and hit his head on it for being stupid and forget a map important for a mission. The emerald eyed man sigh, he decided to just walk around the forest to see if anyone is walking around with two map but he knew that wasn't the case. As the young man was walking, by miracle, he saw another young man around his age looking at a world map, Darren was thanking the god for the good will, the blue red man walk toward the other man. He had orange short hair that hid one of his eyes, he was wearing blue glasses, he was wearing a hat that was white and black.

"Excuse me?" Darren ask the blond man, the man turn and smiled.

"Yes, do you need anything?" He ask putting down his map.

"Yea... Mind telling me where's the closest city... I kind of don't have a map." The blond man laugh slightly before handing his map to the emerald eyes.

"Here I actually have two. Try no to loose it."

"Oh thank you! And of course."

Darren wave his hand to the man and walk away, the blond young man look at the shadow of the boy before looking at the sky.

"So this is what she was talking about..." He muttered, shaking his head and leaving.

Darren arrive at a city closest to where he was, everywhere was crowded, many man was looking at girls body since most of them are barely wearing any clothes. The emerald boy sigh, he knew how bad the city was but didn't expect it to be like this. He decided to walk around the shop to see what he could buy before leaving again. As he walk, he accidentally walk into someone, as both person fell down on the floor, Darren shook his head as look at whoever it was that he bump into.

What he was seeing was a young man wearing a black and white jacket that stop right under his ass it seem, he had blond with a strand of red hair that was messy, heterochromatic eyes the left one is green as the right one brown, he had earrings on his left ear, a lot more than the girls usually wear. The emerald eyes man stood up and give his hand out to help the other.

"Here let me help you." He said smiling. The blond hair man look up and his eyes widen "He's kind of cute... Maybe I'll score this time." He thought while taking his hand as Darren help him up. The young man dusk himself and look up slightly, Darren was shock to see he was small.

"The name Oliver Irigashi! Nice to meet you." The girly man said happily, Darren smiled sighing happy to find someone at least normal.

"Hey Irigashi, the names Darren Latinguild, nice to meet you too." He answered back to the blond.

"Say... Why are you in this city?"

Darren tilt his head slightly confuse, Oliver cover his face thinking to himself "This guy is way to innocent for this city..." The small man look at Darren and smiled.

"You do know what this city is right?"

The emerald young man shook his head even more confuse. Oliver had a perverted smile, the other boy felt shiver run down his back from that smiled. Darren wasn't sure if it was, good or bad. The blond hair man slowly walk to the emerald eyed man in a sexual way but trip on air, there's was silence between the two and there still was after 5 minutes. Darren kneel down and poke Oliver on the head.

"Y-you ok?..." He ask in a worried and confuse tone but the other young man didn't say anything and the confuse one was getting scared if he was dead. He look around if someone could help, but the heterochromatic eyes man sat up rubbing his hand on his face getting rid of the pain.

"I'm glad she didn't see that....or she would have just critic me..." He muttered before looking up at Darren who was just looking at him. Oliver stood up dusting himself before smiling happily at the emerald eyed man.

"Sorry about that, anyway this ci-"

"OLIVER IRIGASHI!!!!!!"

Both young man turn toward the voice to see a huge mob of mans running toward the two, Oliver skin started to turn pale, he face Darren.

"Sorry but I have to go! See yea!" He said before running off from the opposite of the huge crowds, Darren was confuse and doesn't know what was happening, before he could react, the whole mob of man arrive and start stepping on him, pushing him,etc. after the mans disappear, the poor man was on the floor with footprint on his back.

"Arg...what the fuck was that..." He muttered sitting up holding his head from the pain that came. Darren sigh and look down to see a chains with a logo of a fox? And initial SG on it. Like the one from the man he met before but the fox was black and the initial red. He pick it up to look who could it belong to, there was no names on it, he decided to ask anyone. He walk to the closest person who happen to be a shop owner, the shop keeper look at the man and smiled.

"Do you need anything?" He ask, Darren showed the logo.

"Do you... Uh know who this belong to?" He ask shyly not use talking to people that isn't his village. The shop owner look closely and sigh.

"That must belong to Oliver, when he comes to eat breakfast and take off his jacket, that key chain is on the inside of his jacket hidden from anyone sight."

Darren nodded in thanks and ran off toward the way the blond ran to, he look around trying to find a red coat but can't see anything. He sigh, he doesn't even know where to look for, this road had a lot of people, a lot of places to hide. Suddenly an explosion was heard, Darren saw a giant fire tower a little further from where he was, everyone around him was acting normal not shock like it was a natural thing. He decided to run toward that direction, he dodge the people that was blocking his way saying sorry on the way.

When he arrived, there was burn bodies on the floor and Oliver was standing there panting like he ran a marathon which he did. Darren walk to him but Oliver put his hand up stopping  him from coming closer.

"Come... Any closer... And I'll burn you." He said between pant, the emerald eyed man chuckle softly before showing the key chain.

"It's me Darren Latinguild, I just came to give you back this logo." He said, Oliver look up as he eyes widen in surprise, he ran toward the man and literally pull it out of his hand, Darren eyes widen in shock before he goes back to normal. The heterochromatic eye man hold the logo close to his chest sighing in relief.

"Oh thank god! I thought I lost it, thanks a lot Latinguild, a owe you one."

Oliver smiled, suddenly something similar as a cat appears beside the man, Darren was taking aback from the sudden appearance of a cat.

"You almost lost it Oli? What kind of idiot are you." The fire cat ask, what scared the emerald eyed man was that the fire cat was floating in air and that it was on fire.

"I don't care Bullet, as long that I don't loose it... It's fine."

Darren was confuse as to why there was an animal and not loosing that logo was so important, Bullet turn toward the man.

"I'm sorry about my friend behaviour, that logo is really important to him." Bullet said flying closer to the emerald eyed man, out of instinct, Darren back away slightly trying not to get burn. Oliver giggles slightly and wave his hand slightly.

"Don't worry, she can't burn you. She's like a small furball."

"Oi!"

Oliver smirk at his pet as Darren was confuse.

"What's that?..." He ask pointing to the cat, the heterochromatic eyed man look between the two before laughing.

"She's my spirit companion! Everyone has one that work with their elements. Her names Bullet." He grin introducing his long partner. Darren tilt his head "Spirit companion? Everyone's has one? I didn't know that..." Bullet look at the man before smiling.

"It seems you didn't summon yours yet." Oliver tilt his head slightly before looking at Bullet.

"Well... Summoning a companion need magical power. It seems he doesn't have any if he still hasn't summon any." The heterochromatic man said, Darren lower his head in shame, Oliver look at the man and felt bad, he put his hand on his shoulder as the emerald eyed man look up. Then something click in the blond man. "Oh! She could help him, she was always good at helping people with their magic!" Oliver grin looking at the man, Darren had a confuse face.

"I know someone who could help you!" He exclaim happy, the poor boy look even more confuse.

"There's this friend of mine who's really good at magic and can give some to you, but she goes around the world and doesn't stay in a single place."

"She's a mercenary." Bullet added. Darren eyes shine brightly.

"Really?!" He ask excited, Oliver laugh before nodding. The emerald eyed man jump in joy, he always wish to had magic. Bullet smiled, she then felt a familiar feeling, she turn around to see a girl with short black hair, wearing a white beanie and has fox ears and tail. "No way... That can't be a coincidance.." She thought.

"Hey Bullet! Can you sense her?" Oliver voice broke her from her thought, she turn around looking at her summoner to see he was more busy talking to the man, she than turn back around to unable to see the girl. Bullet knew that that voice was a fake to kept her from actually realize it was the real one.

"Anyway! We'll leave tomorrow for the adventure! Let's say that's the payback I'm giving you. That's enough I hope." Oliver ask looking at Darren, the boy nodded happy. The blond raise a finger.

"First lets find a hotel before going anywhere and buy stuff for the trip."

Darren nodded in agreement, both man look for a normal hotel which was harder than it look, this city was know for the prostitute city where all man from every corner in the world goes here to have fun. Finally after a few hours of looking they found one. When they entered, the main hall was covered in beautiful silk red, a chandelier was hanging on the ceiling. Darren was struck in awe from how amazing it look but he knew the cost will be expensive. Oliver must have known what he was thinking about since he turn and smiled.

"Don't worry about the cost Latinguild, I know the owner of the hotel, if I ask him I'm sure they'll let us sleep for tonight." He said walking toward the reception, the emerald eyed man followed looking around curiously, Oliver stood in front of the receptionist, it was a girl, she had long green hair, black eyes and was wearing really revealing clothes.

"Oh... It's you..." The receptionist said sighing afterwards, Oliver just smiled.

"Is your boss here?" He ask tilting his head slightly. The girl glare slightly, pick up the phone and dial a phone number. She was speaking before she ended the call and look up.

"He's busy right now, he doesn't want to be disturb."

"Don't lie Jane." A small voice said behind the two man, Oliver and Darren turn around to see a small floating crystal wolf standing there. The blond man grin and jump closer to it.

"Crystal! Been a long ass time!" He exclaim happy to see the small companion, Bullet appear beside Oliver and tackle the wolf. Both started wrestling in air laughing. Darren just stood there shock from what was happening. The blond man laugh before pulling the two away.

"Ok that's enough. We need to know if Alejandro will let us take one of the rooms."

"Oh yea he did, I knew Jane would lie so I came specifically to tell you." Crystal answers. Oliver nodded and pull Darren toward the elevator with Bullet following behind, they went to the 20th floor where the VIPS are only allowed to go.

"Why do you have the pass.... To this floor?..." Darren ask confuse, the girly man laugh before turning toward him.

"Well I did something special for him and he gave me a pass to this floor." The heterochromatic eyes man said, Darren notice that his eyes didn't follow through to his smile, his eyes were full of sadness. The emerald eyed man was worried about the other man but decided to not go any further than this. They arrive to their floor, got out and found their room, the blond open the door and both entered, Darren look around the room in surprise from how much it was beautiful. Oliver drop his stuff close to the couch and jump on it.

"Argh.... I'm tired as fuck!" He exclaim, Bullet was floating beside Darren, she look at his hair before going on it. The man was startle, he tried to look up.

"Holy crap! Your hair is way more fluffier than Oliver's one!" She exclaim happy. The two man just look at the spirits weirdly but the companion didn't care what they think of her as she played on his hair. Oliver shook his head amuse.

"Bullet, get out of his hair so he could go to his room and rest." He said before getting off the bed and headed toward his room, the fire cat pout before disappearing, Darren was standing there confuse of what just happen, he shook his head and went to find his topm. When he finally found it, he was amaze of how beautiful it was and he could also see the whole city because of his big ass windows. He went and lay on the bed to feel how soft it was. He close his eyes and fell asleep.

In the middle of the night, the emerald eyed man woke up, his throat was dry, he walk out of the room to get some water, when he walk close to Oliver room, he heard sobbing, Darren put his ear on the door to listen clearly, he could clearly hear the blond man crying, the dark hair man knock on the door.

"Irigashi, I'm coming in." He said before opening the door and entering. Olive was sitting on his bed, a blade in his hand covered in blood and crying, he was cutting his wrists and thighs, his hair red like blood/fire, then when he sees Darren he make the blade disappeared, smile and hide his thighs under the bed sheets and his wrists behind his back. The non magic user shook his head, walk toward the man and sat on his bed.

"What's wrong Irigashi..." He ask worried, Oliver wipe his eyes with his jacket sleeves and smiled.

"N-nothing! Everything fine." He answered giving a fake smile.

"Don't give me that fake ass smile, I know something's wrong. Especially if your bed sheet is turning red."

"...."

Oliver had nothing more to add, his eyes started to tear up but he was trying not to cry in front of the man. Darren pat Oliver's head and back to calm he down.

"Hey hey... If you're not ready to talk about it, I'll wait. Until then, I'm here for you if you need anything." Darren said smiling. Oliver look at the man eyed wide and give a real soft smile.

"Thanks..... Latinguilt...."

Darren smiled.

"You should rest... I'll see you tomorrow." He said, stood up and walk out of the room, he close the door and lean on it slightly sighing in the mean time, he look slightly to the side.

"Is this what Raitokayami meant....?"

The non magic user shook his head and went back to his room.
