World and character settings

*The initial part passes at The Great Navigation Era. The world on which the story occurs is quite similar to the Renaissance era, but there were some different geographic and historical facts. Also, in this world, though humans are normal, they have a longer lifespan.

Therefore, in the starting point of the ultramarine empires, the main character will have a straight association with the fifth prince of England. Through his life, Merlin explores and enter in contact with lots of other influential world powers.

There are lots of empires worldwide, and lots of unknown lands to be conquered. As the plot extends, Merlin becomes more influential and powerful. Wars and battles frequently explode between nations and fierce competitions for the throne form.

He relays in lots of schemings and intelligent moves to overcome struggles and conflicts. The story goes on, as he explores the unknown and accomplishes feats never done before, using unique abilities.

Merlin: He's kind up the main character of the story. Member of the Fifth Prince faction at the Royal Naval Shcool, Merlin has is a genius in cartography and navigation.

*Leonard: His the Fifth Prince, and the empire does not have high expectations on him. Though he's a commander by nature, women and mortal pleasures hinder his performance as a prince.

James: He is Merlin's father and a Royal Navigator, work for the crown.

Jorge: His the Fourth Prince, and commander of the opposing faction in the Royal Naval Shcool. Therefore, he is always scheming against his younger brother.

Old Man: He is an old man that always sells paper and writing material to Merlin. Also, he is the one that gave Merlin his first book about navigation. From the shadows, he commands a resistance form against the crown and is seeking to recruit new members.

Nicholas: Is a poor kid, who by luck entered the Royal Naval School. Though being bullied, he was the most prominent ship jr. engineer. Is part of the Fifth Prince faction.
