"Why?" - Kalifa asked as she looked at her attacker with hostility - "Why is a [Kuja Pirate] trying to kill me?"

"Because this is the best thing for us" - said the woman. She was slightly fat and not very pretty, but like many women in this world, she had large breasts.

"Us?" - Kalifa asked with a frown - "My survival could strengthen [Amazon Lily], why do you say I am not good for you?"

"Because I'm not talking about [Amazon Lily]" - replied the woman disdainfully - "I'm talking about me and my sweetheart, I don't give a shit about anything else"

"You betrayed [Amazon Lily]!?" - Kalifa exclaimed in surprise as she watched the woman point her bow and arrow at her - ". . ."

"That's right, but it doesn't matter because you won't be alive to tell anyone else about it" - said the woman as she released the arrow - "Goodbye!"

". . ." - Kalifa gritted her teeth before sighing regretfully.

She never thought her end would be one like this, after all, she knew that in the future she would go far in her work, but none of that mattered now that she was about to die.

The woman slowly turned around, but her expression changed to one of terror when she heard a sound she recognized immediately.

Quickly, she looked in the direction of her victim, only to see how she was sitting on the ground with a pale face, but without a scratch.

"Impossible!" - exclaimed the woman as she watched two people appear in front of her - ". . ."

"Hello, little rat" - said Kurama with a huge smile as he looked at the woman.

Hancock watched the woman carefully, only to open her eyes in surprise because she recognized the woman in front of them - "Elein?"

"Hancock" - said the woman named Elein with a frown.

"You're the traitor?" - Hancock said with hostility.

". . ." - Elein was completely speechless when she heard the question, only to point her bow and arrow at them.

She knew her life was in danger now that she had been discovered, so there was nothing she could do but attack and pray that with that she could escape.

"How dare you betray your home!" - Hancock roared as she pushed Kurama away and grabbed the arrow in midair with utmost ease - "What kind of ungrateful bitch would do something like that!!!?"

"You have no right to yell at me, Hancock, not when you're in a situation similar to mine!" - Elein roared coldly as she felt her hatred for Hancock grow.

She was jealous of the [Pirate Empress], not only because of her beauty but also because of how loving her beloved was.

She had been hearing rumors about the trips the two of them had taken while she was locked up on this fucking island.

That's why she decided to escape, and when she did, she was captured by a group of [Marines].

She was terrified because she knew they would do everything they could to try to get information out of her, but that's where she met him.

The captain of the boat was a man who was not handsome, but he was kind and caring.

Elein quickly gave in to the man's charms and ended up falling madly in love with him.

The captain let her return home, but during the trip back she began to feel her vitality fading rapidly, proving that she had contracted [Amazon Lily]'s [Love] disease.

Elein didn't know what to do, so she quickly asked her escort to take her back to the ship where the captain was so she could talk with him.

The escort nodded without a second thought, and that's how the relationship between the two began.

Elein knew she was being used by the navy captain, but she could do nothing about it because her illness was extremely potent.

Like Hancock, she only wanted to be happy with her beloved, and it was for this very reason that she was forced to betray her people.

"If you wanted to go with him, you should have spoken up and we would have let you go" - Hancock said neutrally while narrowing her eyes - "But you didn't, you stayed at [Amazon Lily] and started revealing information about us."

Hancock had heard how some of their secret operations, had been complicated by the involvement of the navy, they had even lost some of their sisters.

"Do you think things would end just like that if I did!" - Elein exclaimed in fury and jealousy - "I'm not like you, my beauty doesn't even compare to 1% of yours, Hancock, that's why I know he won't accept me unless I do something for his sake!"

"And that's why you betrayed your sisters!!!?" - Hancock roared in fury.

She didn't want to talk to this traitorous bitch anymore, so without another thought, she launched herself at her former comrade-in-arms.

Elein began to sweat when she saw how her former empress no longer wished to say anything more.

She quickly raised her bow and looked at Hancock in terror, only to notice how she had disappeared.

"With that level of skill, you were planning to fight me?" - Hancock asked from behind her.

Elein slowly turned around and cried out in pain as she felt her empress' fist on her face - "Ugh."

"Your punishment will be a slow and painful one, I'm not going to let you die" - Hancock said with hatred as she gritted her teeth.

"I did it for love!" - Elein roared as she began to cry - "I wanted to be loved too!"

"But that's not why you're going to kill your sisters!" - Hancock roared as she firmly stomped on her opponent.

Elein vomited blood when she felt the stomp of her former empress, only to raise her head with difficulty and notice how Hancock was looking at her as if she were trash.

"You disgust me" - Hancock said as she gritted her teeth.

"You should understand me!" - Elein roared as she spits out some blood.

"I understand, believe me, but that doesn't mean I would sacrifice my sisters for something like a false promise of love" - Hancock replied as she increased the power of her stomp.

"Ack" - Elein let out a sharp groan of pain as she felt as if her intestines were about to be destroyed.

"I am the empress of [Amazon Lily], I must seek the stability and well-being of my people" - Hancock said as her eyes glittered with viciousness - "I am seeking my happiness, only because I know that my home is safe thanks to the help of my beloved"

Elein tried to say something, but the pain was excruciating.

"As for you, you decided to do the complete opposite, for a man who is not worth it, you put all our sisters at risk, you even killed some of them" - Hancock said with hatred.

"I-I didn't kill them!" - Elein exclaimed with pain and tears.

"Yes you did!" - Hancock roared as she stomped fiercely.

Elein could feel her insides being torn apart by the force of the stomp.

Hancock was no longer holding back, the hatred she felt for Elein was simply too much.

"It was your fault that our sisters died or were captured by those bastards because you were the one who gave them the intel!" - Hancock roared with hatred - "If it wasn't for that, our sisters would have returned safely!"

Kalifa watched this with conflicting emotions.

As a woman, she supported Elein's decision for trying to find her happiness, but at the same time, it was obvious that the woman had successfully earned her contempt.

Elein was betraying all her people because of a love illusion, one that would not even last a few minutes before fading away as quickly as it began.

The treacherous woman was unaware that her choices would not bring her happiness, but just because she was close to fulfilling her wish, she didn't care.

That illusion was so wonderful that she was walking without noticing how the abyss was slowly consuming her.

Hancock glanced one last time at the traitor before calling her subordinates to help her survive because she could see that her now prisoner was on the verge of death.

"Relax, I sealed her wounds and made it possible for her to survive, although the pain will remain for quite a while" - said Kurama while shaking his head.

"Thank you" - said Hancock as she nodded calmly, only to throw a serious look at Kalifa.

"What?" - Kalifa said as she looked fearfully at the duo, after all, she was now at their mercy.

"I think we'd better keep an eye on you personally" - said Hancock as she looked at her prisoner - "At least then we won't have to worry about your death."

"I'd appreciate it" - Kalifa replied as she sighed regretfully - "Ask anything you want, I promise to tell you everything I know."

"Oh? And that change of attitude?" - Hancock asked as she raised an eyebrow, after all, she never thought the blonde would talk so fast.

"Because they wish me dead" - Kalifa replied neutrally - "And if that's so, then I'm going to fuck up their lives."

"There is nothing crueler than a spiteful woman" - thought Kurama because there was no way he would say something like that out loud.
