Kushina sighed when she saw how Iwa and Oto were outside Konoha with their armies. She never thought that their presence alone would change this dimension so much.

Mikoto looked at her son and noticed how he seemed to be as if nothing was going on, as if a war was the most normal thing in the world, only to give Naruto a look and notice how nervous he was next to his girlfriend.

"If it wasn't for you reinforcing the barrier covering Konoha, I would have ordered an attack in the middle of the forest, Kushina" - said Tsunade(2) while crossing her arms and in the process, highlighting her huge breasts even more - "With this, they won't be able to enter Konoha while we will have free rein to attack them from inside the barrier, or through the secret passages of our walls."

"It's the least I can do when I feel like this is all our fault" - Kushina replied regretfully, only to shake her head - "Anyway, now we'll go help the front ranks"

"Thank you" - said Tsunade(2) as she looked at Kushina, only to look at the other women of the Uzumaki clan - "Konoha won't forget this favor."

"Konoha is our home, it's the least we can do" - replied Mikoto as the others nodded - "But let's leave that for another time, the battle is about to begin."

"I just wish to see the old grouch's expression when he sees me destroying his forces again" - Kushina added disdainfully as she cracked her knuckles - "Watch carefully, Naruto, today I'll show you why I was nicknamed the red death."

"Oh, ok" - nodded Naruto(2) weakly as Hinata(2) tried to lift his spirits.

"I guess Itachi Nii will be joining us soon" - said Sasuke as he looked at his mother.

"Exactly, but for now he will continue his facade as an Akatsuki member while attacking Iwa's army" - Mikoto replied with concern because no matter how strong her son was, as a mother she would always end up worrying about his well-being.

Sasuke again looked in the direction of the enemy army, only to frown when he noticed someone approaching his position - ". . ."

"Can we talk?" - Sakura asked as she looked at Sasuke with concern and fear.

Sasuke sighed before nodding, she might die in this war, so he would at least give her one last wish - "OK, let's go."

"Thanks" - Sakura muttered as she followed the young Uchiha in disguise.

"Do you think she knows who he is?" - Kushina asked as she watched Sakura follow Mikoto's son.

"I'm not sure, but it's a possibility" - replied Mikoto as she shook her head - "Sakura-chan has a lot of flaws, but she's smart so she must have figured something out."

"Ok, this is a place far enough away for no one to spy on us" - said Sasuke as he folded his arms - "Speak"

"You're Sasuke-kun, right?" - Sakura asked without a second thought, after all, she didn't know what would happen in the future, or if she would survive the battle that was about to begin.

". . ." - Sasuke was silent for a few seconds as he looked at the pink-haired girl carefully - "Why do you say that?"

"I've felt a huge familiarity in you while we were heading to Suna, I also noticed the interactions you had with Naruto and Mikoto-san" - Sakura answered as she took a breath to calm down, but the pressure that the war that was about to start gave her, made it impossible - "There are more details like your liking for tomatoes, as well as your desire to make yourself stronger."

". . ." - Sasuke frowned when he saw this because he didn't think she, his little pink Stalker would be so thorough with her details - "Everything you say, may be just a coincidence, after all, many people in the world may have similar tastes."

"Right, you're right" - Sakura murmured as she sighed regretfully - "I just wished you were him. I wanted him to at least acknowledge my efforts to be stronger, to better myself, and thus, not be the weak and spoiled girl he said I was"

Sasuke sighed when he heard this as he shook his head. He didn't feel anything for Sakura, but he had to admit that the effort she had put in to better herself, had been more than what he and Naruto had put in during these three years of separation.

"I don't know who this Sasuke you speak of is, but if I were him, then I would congratulate you for your efforts and feelings" - Sasuke answered as he gave Sakura one last look before walking - "I wish you luck during the war that is about to start, I hope you survive and maybe you can fulfill your wish".

Sakura smiled when she heard this before thanking him and walking away.

"I'm not going to accept your feelings, but at least I'm going to give you the courage to survive what's coming, Sakura" - added Sasuke before walking in the direction where the Uzumaki clan members were.

"This complicates things a bit" - muttered Danzo as he saw how the barrier that covered Konoha, was much stronger, although far from bothering him, it put him in a good mood because this meant that their central base was now impenetrable - "Never mind, I just have to find the core of the barrier and take it under my control"

"Possibly Tsunade has it, Danzo-sama" - replied a Root Anbu.

"I think the same thing" - Danzo replied while frowning - "The problem is that Tsunade(2) is most of the time with those Uzumaki clan women."

Danzo had received the information about the true identity of those women, and to his surprise, he accepted it with utmost ease.

That Kushina, Mikoto, and the others appeared out of nowhere was more than enough proof that they came from another dimension, more so when they showed abilities superior to their versions of this world.

Danzo was silent as he thought about how to capture those women to serve as his incubators when he saw Orochimaru's projection appear in front of him - "I suppose you came to ask me about the method to pass the barrier covering Konoha?"

"Yes" - Orochimaru replied as he narrowed his eyes - "We can't even use the secret passages in the walls."

"I'm not quite sure how the barrier works because Tsunade didn't let anyone near it while Kushina was working" - Danzo replied while shaking his head - "Give me a few hours and I'll see what I can do, though I'm not promising anything"

"Fine, we'll continue outside Konoha while giving them strong psychological pressure" - replied Orochimaru as he cut the call.

"That's stupid" - Danzo snorted with disdain - "Konoha can attack from the sidelines, then they'll just be sacrificing their forces for nothing, but this doesn't sound like something Orochimaru would do, so there has to be something more to all of this."

Danzo started to think as fast as he could, only to widen his eyes in surprise - "I think I know what he's planning, he wants Konoha to get confident and think that they have destroyed much of the enemy forces, and when that happens, they will counterattack with their elite force"

Danzo smiled as he thought about this because if things went as he thought, then not only will the forces under Tsunade's command be reduced, but Onoki's as well.

"That means I'll be able to kill that bastard once and for all" - Danzo muttered as he let out a laugh - "If I have his head, then my ascension to Hokage will be cemented! There will be no one who can refuse my rule in Konoha!"

The Root Anbu were only silent as they waited for their leader's orders, not noticing how a pair of pearly eyes were watching everything.

"Prepare to attack!" - Kakashi, who was wearing the Hokage outfit, exclaimed.

This would be the first battle he would command, so he had to give it all he had to make a good impression on his forces.

The original Ino-Shika-Cho trio was leading the assault forces while the rookies were preparing to ambush the enemy forces as they fell back.

"I never thought that the first big fight I would have after returning to Konoha, would be a damn war" - Naruto(2) muttered as the other rookies nodded.

"I wish Sasuke had been with us" - said Sakura as she discreetly looked at the disguised Uchiha - "At least with this we'd all be together."

"I'm surprised he didn't show up in Oto's army" - Ino muttered as she discreetly looked in the direction where the Uzumaki clan was, specifically speaking, where the Naruto from the other dimension was.

"Maybe he defected from Oto?" - Naruto(2) asked as he began to sweat with a forced smile on his face.

"It's possible" - nodded the rookies as they turned their full attention back to the shinobi in front of them.
