Going to the Flying Sword Sect

Note from the Author- This is the start of Volume 2. As i have said earlier, Volume 1 was only an introduction to the world and to the life of the Su Chenyu and the people around him.

In the Seven Star Sacred Land,

A month went by after Su Chenyu became a core disciple.

He understood by now that the stronger he became, the more functions the system would unlock.

The system was a really mythical treasure that had many uses. However he was not strong enough to use it fully.

He was excited to become strong enough and see what else it can do.

On the other hand , he was also guarded against it. It was too high level and he didn't know if it would harm him in the future.

He wondered who made it and how it reached the Jianming Forest where he had found it from the Armour.

The past month he had been improving his control over elements. He could control water and make it float in air for a few minutes. He could also control fire.

He had perfected the Su family's technique of walking on air. He could now jump in air for around 20 times before having to come down.

He had also learnt the Star fist technique which was a technique he had got from the sect. It used the wind element to launch a wind attack on the opponent. It could also be used as a long range attack.

There were less than 500 core disciples in the Seven Star Sacred Land. Every 3 months a competition was held to rank the top 100 core disciples. This was also used to make them be familiar with each other. Afterall they were the main future of the sect.

Each core disciple was precious to the sect and they were always protected.

Core disciples had to complete two sect missions in every year.

Su Chenyu's master had informed him that a gathering was going to be held by 5 sects of Grand Tai Dynasty. 10 disciples in the Nascent Soul realm would be sent by the Seven Star Sacred Land . Yi Ming had added him to the list thinking that it would be good for him to exchange pointers with other cultivators. They would be leaving for the gathering a few hours later.

All the sects held their own gatherings from time to time. It was to compare the future generation of each sect with one another.

It also helped the young ones improve the by fighting each other.

In the Grand Tai Dynasty, the strongest sect was the Seven Star Sacred Land.

It was the only Sacred Land in the dynasty.

After it there were 3 sects called the Burning Lotus Sect, Blood Eagle sect, and the Profound Blossom Sect. These 3 sects had a Skyscraping Realm expert and were almost equal in power with the Grand Tai Dynasty.

After them all the sects were divided into first rate sects, second rate sects and third rate sects.

First rate sects had a Firmament Cloud Realm expert in them.

Flying Sword sect, Xuan sect and Formless Blade Sect were among the strongest first rate sects.

The gathering was going to be held in the Flying Sword sect. The Blood Eagle sect, Xuan sect, and Formless Blade Sect would also be present.

In the evening the 10 disciples were gathered. Su Chenyu brought two of his Soul Refinement Realm servants and Hu Ming.

Hu Ming had become his confidence who did all his odd jobs.

Two inner elders and a core elder would be accompanying them to the gathering.

The core elder was his master, Yi Ming.

They were going to go by an airship. It would take them around 3 hrs.

'My little brother, Su Feng is also present in there. Haven't met him since I left for the Seven Star Sacred Land when I was 15 years old.'

Su Feng was 2 years younger than him.

When Su Chenyu had come to the Seven Star Sacred, Su Feng had gone to the Flying Sword sect to cultivate there.

As for why he didn't join the Seven Star Sacred Land, it was because he wasn't that talented. He won't have received as much care in the Seven Star Sacred Land as he receives in the Flying Sword sect.

'Right now he's 14 years old.I heard he broke through to foundation Establishment Realm a few months ago.'

'In Flying Sword sect, foundation Establishment Realm would be an inner sect disciple. I should find him there.'

Soon they reached Flying Sword sect.

It was less impressive than the Seven Star Sacred Land obviously.

The other sects had also arrived.

Every sect had their own resistance where they were going to stay. The gathering would be taking place the next day.

Su Chenyu called Hu Ming to his room through the communication token.

"My brother Su Feng should be in the inner sect disciples of the Flying Sword sect. Ask about him in the sect and if you find him, bring him here. "

"Yes Young master."

While he was in his room waiting for Hu Ming to return, he received a message from Hu Ming through the communication token.

"Young master there are a few rumors about him in the sect.

It is said that there is a new genius called Zi Han. He had a few conflicts with Su Feng and in a challenge, he had defeated Su Feng. "

His face showed a bit of hesitation and replied, " The sect is pretty good to me. I don't have any difficulties here."

"That's good. Tell me more about your life here."

Soon they chatted for a long time catching up with each other.

They were pretty close when they were small.

Soon after discussing everything Su Chenyu asked,

"By the way, I heard you had conflicts with someone called Zi Han. What's that about?"
