 Morning went by in a flash. Raiya got busy tracking Lord Bodrick while Beatrix and I trained in perfecting our connection to the Fragments we each held. Thanks to the time energy I absorbed from the tree earlier, I was now able to use more spells from my gift of power.

I learned, for instance, that space and time go hand in hand. When I slowed time earlier, I could create an area of effect roughly five feet around me. When I moved, the area of effect would move with me. Moreover, when I traveled back in time, I didn't stay in one spot. So I spent the morning practicing different alternative to the time deceleration spell.
